Breakfast a Bonus!
Really Great Place. Wonderful Hosts. The room was super clean with everything you need. The breakfast was a super bonus. I was lucky enough to have been given a complementary room by Air New Zealand for a cancelled flight.

Great service with fantastic staff.
After a big couple of days travel & needed accommodation urgently late into the evening. The only accommodation that were taking bookings was Bella Vista.
Arrived with heater on.
Strongly recommend this in my view 5 star accommodation.

Thank you for taking your time to review your stay. We are disappointed to read that we din't meet your expectation. The room you booked was a Compact studio which clearly stated the room size and description on your confirmation. If you found the Compact room too small, next time we'd recommend you to book a Superior studio which is a larger more spacious room. You will appreciate it is very hard to satisfy everyone's needs for bed comfort. Our beds are relatviely new and offer a medium feel which we're confident does cater for the majority of the guests. As for the TV, we rarely get negative comment about the TVs. As with any accommodation operator, we please do ask you to raise your concerns straight away at the time of stay for us to rectify any problems immediately. Thank you again for your stay and wish you have a wonderful rest of your trip around New Zealand.

Lovely 4 night stay, rooms were clean and tidy, had ever thing I needed. Staff were very helpful, so close to town and beaches.

Rooms are very clean, tidy and comfy. Has free wifi and charge back from a couple of local restaurants (which are very good too!). Breakfast is limited to toast and muesli delivered the night before, but is perfectly adequate. I have stayed here for work a few times and never been disappointed.

I had a pleasant experience staying at Bellavista. Thank you.
☺ I really appreciated having breakfast provided as I wasn't expecting it. And it's just a nice simple healthy breakfast. I enjoyed it thanks. I'd like to thank the receptionist who had a warm and welcoming personality. She had my booking info already when I arrived and she even came out to show me my room.
Perfect location for me as I came t o Gisborne on a Mission Visit to the Methodist Church, just a few doors down the main road.
☹ I have no complaints. I was even amazed at being able to watch the All Blacks second test against Argentina on Sky in the warmth of the room.
