From the beginning to the end of the project Baton Rouge Fencing was wonderful to work with. They made it a very seamless process and kept us updated and on track for the installation date. Very impressed with the installers who came to the property and worked diligently and even with the slight change of weather the project was finished per the time frame expected. All debris was cleared away by the installers promptly. When the project was completed, the office staff followed up with an email and a phone call. Wonderful customer service and very professional. Contacted Baton Rouge Fencing through their website and received an immediate response. They sent a satellite photo of my property with measurements and after I confirmed they had a quote in my email within a few days. From first contact to project completion was about 6 weeks. Other companies said it would be 6 months to completion. We had multiple quotes from others and theirs was the best with quality materials and a custom built gate. I highly recommend Baton Rouge Fencing!

We contacted Baton Rouge Fence and Deck to replace some very old chain link fencing on the sides of our property. They came out promptly and gave us a written estimate that was very reasonable. On installation day, we had a small miscommunication about removal of some old fencing, but that was rectified very quickly and we are extremely happy with their customer service and the installation of the new fencing.

From the start these guys went over the quality of the wood that they use, as compared to what you get at the local hardware store and that a less knowledgeable contractor might use. They explained the benefits of their construction methods, walked the property with us and provided suggestions on design, and detailed a warranty that was way better than other contractors we spoke with. Given the wild fluctuations in prices in the last year or two, they were patient with us, giving updates periodically on material prices so that we could pull the trigger when we were ready. I’m not sure how quickly they normally move, but within 1-2 weeks of us sending them our deposit they had scheduled the construction date, had materials delivered the day prior, and finished the job in less than a day. Once finished, they did a final walkthrough talking about what to expect that was normal, and what to watch for that was not. Although this was not the cheapest contractor for the job, we’ve learned over the years that you get what you pay for. This job didn’t break the bank and based on the initial results we are very pleased!
