Grateful! I’ve searched for years to find a provider and team that I like this much. It’s incredible how my quality of life has improved (for my family too) K. Griffey is a thoughtful listener and can actually critically think through your symptoms to quickly develop a care strategy! So smart! The entire team at the office are honest and helpful. Stressed, hurting, or not feeling well - this is the place to go!

I recently switched to Best Practice. Kimi and her staff provide great care. They are kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Refused to see me because I no showed on accident. Tried calling to reschedule before the appt, nobody answered and I left a voicemail. I no showed a year prior because I have ADHD and forget things very frequently. If they are unwilling to work with me because I forget the appt or things come up, I wouldn't want to work with them on medical issues either. Edit: Crazy this owner is so defensive on Google reviews instead of trying to make things right with people that have issues with them. Who made the policy? Policies are made up and can be changed on a whim. What kind of false equivalence is that comparing missing a dr appt to making a Google review? I don't need luck finding someone, I needed luck to find out how inflexible and indifferent you are as a provider and I have enough to find that out apparently.

Honestly don't like doctors or going to the doctor but I was nervous here for maybe 3 or 4 minutes and the ladies at the front desk and the doctor herself really helped me! Very kind and caring

I just want to thank Kimi Guffey and all office staff for being so wonderful ,caring and professional it's unusual anymore to be blessed with one of these qualities and they have all .and Thank you for not only taking care of my health needs but also family and friends I had recommended! I pray everyone is so blessed to have such an awesome team to care for them!!

I do not recommend this practice to anyone. Experiencing excruciatingly unbearable pain practically 24/7 is NOT normal and should NOT be dismissed as part of life. The staff consistently gaslighted and invalidated my concerns, ultimately discharging me as a patient. I have proof of this mistreatment. During my years as a patient, not once did they attempt to identify the root cause of my issues. The doctor merely prescribed an opioid medication and showed a complete lack of care about its necessity, as it was "only" 20 pills (Kimi's words, not mine). My experience at a new primary care practice was slightly better, though still plagued by gaslighting. However, within weeks, I discovered that my ANA test came back positive with a titer of 1:160 for both homogeneous and speckled patterns, which should be 1:80. This crucial information was overlooked for years. I asked to be tested for an autoimmune disease and Kimi refused. Such incompetence is why TN is ranked as one of the worst states, especially as far as healthcare is concerned. TN has become a literal death sentence for chronically ill patients. Anyway, as aforementioned, I do not recommend this place (or this state) to anyone at all whatsoever unless perfectly healthy! Update: I have documented evidence of being your patient, including detailed records of my visits and treatments. My review is based on my actual experiences at your practice. I am happy to provide proof if necessary to Google. Your attempt to deny my experience and threaten to report my review only underscores the lack of accountability and incompetence I encountered at your practice. Potential patients deserve to be aware of these issues. Second update: I can't even sign in to the portal now. I don't know if you have something to do with that or not... I still have proof, though! Also, by years, I meant more than one. Once again, you invalidate and even go as far as to lie. It appears I became a patient here the first year this practice opened according to the reviews and the personal proof I have that reflects 2022 as well. You can change your reply to my review all you want. I have screenshot both your original reply and your edited reply. Also, I do not appreciate you reaching out to me on my cell phone or the false accusations you made there as well. That was extremely inappropriate and further proof of your unprofessionalism.

Loved Kimi and the office staff! Everyone was very welcoming and very friendly! Highly reccomend for primary care needs!

Amazingly friendly atmosphere and top notch care. You won’t find a better family practice in the region.

Be prepared to have a physical 2 times a year at this office. They will not give you a medicine refill for a medicine you have been taking for years unless you go every 6 months. I have always thought this was unusual because most physicians only have to see you annually. Denying a medicine refill for a patient because of this if very dangerous, but they will do it.

Absolutely love the whole staff at the office. Kimi is the best. So glad that we decided to make the switch.

I came here for my DOT physical. The staff was great and the doctor was perfect. I felt so comfortable coming here, the doctor is now my Pcp. I don’t plan on going anywhere else. When you find a doctor that makes you feel like family, that’s all that matters.

Had my first visit today. Was definitely a good experience. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office and exam room were extremely clean. I would highly recommend.

Kimi is the best. She gives you so much helpful information and her and her staff always try their best to get you in as soon as possible! I have said this for over a year now but my family and I will never go anywhere else thank you so much for always taking the best care of my family and I.

After suffering a chronic sinus infection for 9 months, not being able to smell for months and bloody drainage down my throat and terrible headaches for the entire 9 months, I decided I needed a new doctor. Found Family Practice and made an appointment. Dr Kimi was terrific! She diagnosed me immediately with a chronic sinus infection and explained the dangers of non treatment. I had been given 2 types of meds at 2 different times during this period and nothing cleared it up. Dr Kimi gave me a prescription and 4 days later I began to smell a little. Today I have been headache free for 5 days and my sense of smell is back. And the bloody drainage is clearing up nicely. I cannot say enough about the caring, knowledgeable people at this practice! I found a terrific care facility and InHIGHLY recommend them.
