Our experience with the property management company has generally been excellent. The company is responsive and professional, and other property managers we’ve dealt with have been fantastic. However, our experience with Tahlia has been extremely disappointing. She does not respond to calls or emails, even for urgent matters, and when she does communicate, her demeanor is rude and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the team is great, but Tahlia’s lack of responsiveness and poor attitude stand out in a negative way.

We have two residential investment properties that have been managed by BFG for over 8 years now and one with another company. Comparatively speaking, BFG have great staff who seem knowledgable, have good formal processes and generally excellent communication. Maddison recently did a great job over the Christmas period to market one of our properties and re-lease it very quickly - thanks!
