I am from Puducherry. I purchased honey amala 1kg and spirulina powder 1/2 kg. I found that taking honey amala reduced my cold problem. Further, I expected raw taste while purchasing but the spirulina powder was tasty, to be added to sweet Payasam. Further the pickles purchased indicated fresh products.
