Most competitive quote buy a decent margin
After order / payment I promptly received a delivery date for a weeks time which was honoured Today.
Delivery operator was professional and skilled called a day prior with ETA
Container has arrived in good condition and was/is exactly what I was hoping for
I would recommend this company to those looking to buy a container online I believe you will receive a good and honest service!! As I certainly did

What an amazing company. Best prices and I got delivery of 2 40ft containers in 1 working day. I have to say its one of the best experiences I have ever received from a company. Claire was amazing keeping me updated with emails to even say what time the containers would be arriving.

Excellent from start to finish. Our unit required specialists modification to suit HSE requirement's which have been fabricated superbly. Following an onsite meet to confirm our needs, a detailed cad drawing was provided prior to manufacture taking place. Delivery was undertaken by James who provided us an excellent professional and safe system of works prior to siting the new container. All of the team where first class to deal with and ensured we got what we wanted...wonderful and highly recommended.

We recently took delivery of two 20ft one trip containers. we found Billie Box easy to deal with and delivery was on time and the delivery man was helpful with the accurate positioning.The containers were as we expected as new inside and in good condition outside.If we needed further containers we would hesitate to ask Billie Box to give us a Quote.

Nothing but good things to say. I took 3 quotes from other companies and overall they had the best offer. Meeting my short deadlines and requirements was a challenge but the team put a combined offer together for two containers and got them on-site in short order! Delivery was effortless and on time, the containers were both clean and obviously lightly used. A++

Really poor experience with Billie Box. Had multiple deliveries of containers, one day completely fine, the next day with a different courier refused delivery at the same place. Charged me 2x more delivery charges to take containers back and then re-deliver (3x total). Initially offered a gesture of goodwill refund which was then withdrawn. Now refuse to answer emails. Circa £2k out of pocket and they don’t really seem to care. Poor customer care.

We do advise all customers prior to delivery that we cannot deliver under power cables, due to health and safety rules.
We cannot put our drivers at risk of injury or worse.
Your delivery location was under live power cables so we couldn't offload the containers and had to take them back to our depot, which incurred additional costs, as outlined in our Ts&Cs.
We did offer a goodwill gesture payment for non delivery even though this was due to the site not being suitable, which was out of our control.
You chose to clear an alternative site and have the containers redelivered which again incurred additional costs.
The containers have now been delivered and so the non delivery goodwill payment is no longer applicable.
We feel that we have already explained the situation in a number of emails to you.
We are sorry that you are dissatisfied with our service.
