Paid $109 for an estimate that I haven’t received. Was given 30 seconds of fast talk that turned out to be an estimate of $3k. Will not provide in writing for some reason even though I specifically selected that option online. Asked for written estimate and employee appeared afraid to even discuss the matter. Very, very strange experience. Would not recommend.

This company is an amazing find. I stopped going to the West Palm Beach Maserati dealership as soon as the covered warranty work ran out. Bill Tyson's work is high quality and price is a full 30% below anything ever done at the Maserati dealership. Super honest and truly reliable, My son is attending FAU. He's a thousand miles away from our home. My son was having car trouble so I googled this repair station ( Bill Tyson's / Boca Raton center ) I checked their rating on google. It's a 5 star rating. I am a mechanic myself ( 35 years ) but felt a little skeptical that I'd find a reputable repair center but being so far away from my son I had to choose a repair center. I felt Bill Tyson's Auto Repair was my best options. Turns out I was 100% in the right place and the best hands possible. Mike at the repair center was super helpful and diagnosed the car and truly helped my son and for me it was certainly a relief. So with all that said, if your reading this and are a parent worried about your son or daughter taking there car to the best and honest repair center. I highly recommend Mike and his team at the Boca Raton center. Honest and a reputable team of auto technicians. Thank you, Thank you, Mike

This is the first time we’ve had our Maserati serviced anywhere other than at a Maserati dealership and it runs perfectly-better than any dealership service we’ve had in the past. They are professional and prices are fair.

We used Bill Tyson's Auto Repair this last week, and it went well. I like the fact that they are being extremely safe in regards to COVID, and they do not let this get in the way of communicating with the customer. We had an ENGINE LIGHT come on in our Mazda3, and they were upfront about the initial diagnostic cost, and once they knew more, they called and explained in detail what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. They took care the issue at the price quoted and on time. We will be using them again.

In such a pressing time its hard to find an establishment with good prices and diligent, hard workers who are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to assist. These guys were exactly that. They helped me leave as quickly as I came in and were very kind and respectful. Their mechanic Carlos in particular assisted me and he did a fantastic job on my car!

Mechanic Carlos is the Best mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was traveling with my family in an RV from Miami when we had some trouble on i95 around boca raton area and god put us in the path of Carlos and this shop called billy Tyson. This Man worked on our RV from 12 noon until one am taking the entire engine apart in the most uncomfortable position just to change a water pump. Unbelievable, my hat goes off to under appreciated mechanics like Carlos. I can’t thank him enough. Thank You Carlos!

If you are going to $$$OVERCHARGE$$$ my fiancee that much for an oil change, you can at least bring the car out front the time you say you will and not make me wait an extra 20 minutes in your parking lot while you work on other cars for people who are not there. I work all day and don't have 20 minutes of my free time to give to you. For that kind of $$$$$$$$ I expect to be treated like royalty not a peasant.

Mike has made me a customer for life this is a stand-up five star business I cannot say enough about the quality of work and the knowledge that you will receive when you speak to Mike his team. My husband is meticulous when it comes to reading reviews about business and we were blown away by the reviews we read however we were only hoping that they would live up to the reviews so we took a chance and we're going on our third visit they not only lived up to the reviews they surpassed them by Miles questions were answered that nobody else could ever answer about our car which is a 2009 Cadillac CTS I really am thankful to find Bill Tyson's Auto repair. I would never go anywhere else even if they offered me 75% off their services .I trust my car emphatically with Mike and the team and I would love if they kept the service of James coming to pick up your car by tow truck it's free towing it's a service that I hope never goes away. They're very respectful of your time and try to get your car to you in a reasonable amount of time I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of which is very important at least to me. Whenever I called Mike to come pick up my car he had the tow truck here within the 2 hours of my phone call and that's impressive so for that and all the service and all the knowledge that I've gotten in my visits and my car running like a gem I'm thankful great job to Mike and his team

Amazing service! I couldn't figure out what was going on with my car for the longest, but Bill Tyson's was able to handle it in no time at all.

Tyson’s gave what I would categorize as concierge service. Picked up my classic car within a half hour of completing paperwork via e-mail ( yes, this is the new norm). Mike gave quote for work which I actually got to discuss with him before approving and quote was spot on. Car returned to me when expected, having been washed and cleaned . Mike called me to verify receipt and thank me for business. Highly recommend Tyson’s to my friends, especially if you have a classic car.

I wanted to thank Mike at Tyson auto repair , they were so accommodating with getting my car in for repairs . My car was in need of many repairs from battery replacement to brakes etc ! They were extremely fair in their prices and speedy getting much needed repairs . When I picked my car up it felt like a new car again , runs smooth and quite , they even washed it for me !! Excellent service, you have a dedicated customer forever ! Thanks Mike for helping me feel safe driving my Jeep again , you’re the best !
