Continuous problems with our rental due to faulty specifications in their systems. We wanted a car with parking sensors and got recommended this one we have. After driving it two hours we realized quickly that the car didn't have any sensors. Numerous calls to bipi and they booked a time at a workshop to "repair" the non existing sensors. We arrived to the mechanic they told us to use and couldn't find it, we asked the neighbors and they told us that the shop had been closed over a year. New calls to bipi and after a couple of days we got the name of another workshop we needed to drive to. Once there the shop owner confirmed that he couldn't "repair" the sensors since they didn't exist. Since there is limited mileage each month that you can use under your rental period and we spent a lot of time to "fix" a unfixable problem we wanted some kind of price deduction but that hasn't been approved. We wanted to change the car to a car that has the specifications we paying for but they don't want to offer that. We also sent in documentation and a request over a week ago to add extra mileage for this month and add one more driver for that month as well, now we just started the new month of rental with none of that added so our frustration is growing. Everytime we call they promised to "get back" but even that we called everyday for over a week now there is zero resolutions to our problems. We ourselves just spending a lot of time trying to fix all their mistakes and empty promises. I will probably get a generic" call us and we will do everything we can to solve the situation"... We have, we have been calling more times than we want and everytime it's the same mess. No one takes any responsibility to solve the problems they created for us by giving faulty specs about the car. Solve our problems that is documented in your CRM system, add our milage, and our extra driver then call us back with s solution regarding the car. Shouldn't be to hard, it your line of business. We don't want to chase your "customer support" and beg them to do their job, we have done that every day lately and it clearly doesn't work.

Es la tercera vez que escribo esta reseña. Primero fue un 1, luego un 3 y ahora, de nuevo, un 1. Por suerte en menos de un mes dejo a esta empresa con el peor servicio de atención al cliente que he visto nunca; impertinentes, poco resolutivos, ignoran las peticiones. Un absoluto desastre. Por supuesto en el momento de la venta fueron todo facilidades. Cogimos 4 coches con ellos y por fin hemos podido soltarlos 3 años después. No veía el día… Absolutamente cero recomendable.

Después de tres años con un coche de renting contratado con ellos puedo decir que deberían hacer algún tipo de examen autocrítica porque van cuesta abajo y sin frenos. He sido un cliente ejemplar que ha mantenido el coche en perfecto estado,sin accidentes,sin averías,sin partes y pagando escrupulosamente las cuotas y en cambio ellos no estuvieron a la altura. Ni se acordaban de mandar las facturas, ni de hacer las revisiones ni la ITV. Y un dia me avisan que hay que cambiar las condiciones y que me quieren subir las cuotas mensuales 100€ ( buena politica de fidelización). Al final decidí cambiar de renting a otra mas lógica y cuando les entrego el coche aparece un señor mal vestido y fumando un enorme porro y estuvo mirando con lupa cm a cm del coche. No encontró nada muy a su pesar pero en la central decidió que no me iban a devolver el depósito por el desgaste propio de tres años de uso del coche. Unos auténticos piratas.
