I have been dealing with Bird Insurance for over over 10 years, and never had a compliant, but this year, it has been hard to get a hold of my agent to make some necessary changes to one of my policies. While I know that this is a busy time, I didn't think I would have to constantly call to get the answers I needed.

Where can I start! I went to the location looking for homeowners insurance. From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated very well. I met Jennifer and she answered all my questions. She was very helpful and polite. Anyone looking for great customer service and insurance, look no where else. This is the place to go to with no hesitation.

We had a closing in Florida just as Helene was passing through and Insurance companies were not writing binders. At the earliest possible time Shannon got us 3 comparisons to work with and we were able to close on time. If Shannon can come through in such trying conditions she is well worth reaching out to in “normal” times.
