Tony was so very kind and generous with his time today. It was much appreciated. I was stuck in setting up Gmail as an email client. I am not tech savvy at all and I felt I needed some help but have been boggled in the past by other IT professionals talking technical terms with me and feeling totally lost. Our business laptop developed problems during payroll and month end procedures. Tony whizzed over with a spare monitor to see us through and advised on best replacements for our old dinosaur within our budget and needs, and will transfer everything over and get us up and running. After spending literally days going round in circles trying to solve a microsoft/mac issue (I spent countless hours googling solutions, trying live chat with both apple and microsoft) - 10 mins on a zoom with him, and I was back up and running! He knows his stuff and is generous with his time and expertise. Tell all your freelance and small business owning friends!
