I know Jesse well and he is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work and expects that from his team. Brilliant install team, From Jesse's initial quote and recommendations they got stuck in and got the work done. Dylan especially was friendly, easy to talk to and clearly communicated what was happening at each stage of the install. Thanks Ashleigh for sorting out the scheduling. Definitely impressed with the professionalism they provide. Highly recommend their services 10/10. Update* We recently had the pleasure of Shai service our heatpump. Shai was proficienct, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Our home is now warm and comfortable thanks to his thorough work. I highly recommend blizzard for anyone needing heat pump maintenance or service. Fantastic job!

From the moment Jessie visited (we had 3 other companies in before him) my partner and I knew we were going to use Blizzard. His knowledge, delivery and personality made us feel at ease and that he knew exactly what he was doing and what we wanted. On install day, the team of 3 arrived and were super polite, friendly and accommodating and worked quickly to get the system in and ready for the electrician to complete the final part of the install. Once again the electrical team were also friendly, knowledgeable etc and it was quickly up and running. I had an upstairs heatpump fitted yesterday by Blizzard technicians Jamie and Thomas. They really had a tough challenge with the concrete wall, but they battled on! Considering the tough process, they were super considerate of my whare and left it clean and tidy. Jamie and Thomas were friendly, kind professionals who did a great job. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an install. Five stars deservedly given!

An amazing experience having Blizzard install a central ducted heat pump through out our house. The initial consultation felt like we were listened too and at all stages they kept our wishes and budget in mind. The communication was clear and friendly. The two days to install was arranged well in advance and the team of 3 who installed were really helpful and knowledgeable. We now have a centrlaised heating system for our own house, that keeps all rooms consistently at a set temp. So nice to walk around. Thanks Blizzard for your service. 5 star will definitely recommend.

Double heat pump Totara Park. I contacted Blizzard by email asking for a quote. Tayla answered and sent me the proposal which I must say was realistic and fair compared to the others I called. amazing technicians Cheyan, James and Thomas the sparky, with great professionalism and patience, did a wonderful job like working for themselves at home. I am really happy with the results and pleased to meet beautiful people, Gratefully, Eduard.

I choose Blizzard VVAC and electrical based on their reviews after looking for a new heatpump. I work in the service industry and from the first contact over the phone I knew they would provide a great service. From dealing with the initial contact to having the home visit and installation the communication and service was excellent. I am cannot recommend them more and would use them again.

Booked Blizzard in to service my heat pump as we hadn't got it serviced in a couple years and so it was well overdue and Blizzard came highly recommended based on the other reviews. The initial phone call to Tayla was really great and informative and the price was way cheaper than I expected. The technician that showed up (Bawi) was really friendly and well mannered and did a thorough job on servicing our split unit. Will definitely use Blizzard again.

The team at Blizzard were very helpful and quick with communications. Jesse assisted us with all our questions (and there were alot!) Regarding central heating. We did end up with one room running colder than the rest of the house but after two visits from the technicians this seems to be resolved. We were surprised at how much water is released from the outdoor unit and felt this could have been made clearer to us at the time (we are seeking to get a drain kit installed which did not come with the unit although we would have purchased had we known this at the time). We reccomend blizzard and overall are very happy with our central heating unit.

Your note about the water released from the outdoor unit is important, the units don't come with a drain kit supplied but we understand how it could have been clearer during the installation process. Used Blizzard to install 4 heat pumps (1 outside unit) at a property I am currently renovating in Khandallah. I reached out to 4 companies for a quote... 2 never got back to me... of the 2 remaining Blizzard was significantly cheaper. Once the quote was accepted, install date was scheduled (3 weeks later). The install itself took 2 days... a day for the inside units, and a day for the outside unit and connecting up to the power. The guys that did the install were very good - comms was great throughout the whole process, and I'm very happy with the end results. Would use again, and highly recommend to others. Good job guys :)
