They left a huge mess in the street while installing a pool there. Puddles of oil and lots of sand. When asked about it, one of the workers said something in Spanish that had a smart alic tone to it. Definitely won't consider them should the need arise. UPDATE: Representative said this was resolved after talking to me. This was NOT resolved. Oil stains and sand were never cleaned up. Oil stains are still there. Update 2: They claim to have tried to get a hold of me. That's a lie. They have my number. They claim the neighbors are happy with them. That is a lie. The neighbors are not happy with them. Heck, I'm a neighbor & I'm not happy with them. Additionally on a couple of instances since, workers have dropped trash out of their vehicles and let it blow throughout the neighborhood. Totally disrespectful.

We recently had the pleasure of building an in ground gunite pool with Blue Haven Pools in Fairhope, Alabama. We met with associate Laura Adams, who was knowledgeable and professional. Once onboard, we made our tile, paver and color selections and began construction officially on May 20. We were told that we should have water in our pool within 8-10 weeks. Both Richard, district manager, and Kenny Chambers, our job supervisor, were great to work with and they were always accessible and courteous. The crews showed up early and worked hard. Always on time and in the final analysis, Blue Haven, Kenny Chambers, and associates, exceeded our expectations. We had water in our pool within 8 weeks to the day. The finished product is awesome and both my wife Donna, and I would recommend them as top notch! This is our 4th pool construction and it is by far the smoothest one yet. I recently had pool equipment issues and still under warranty so I reached out via email to Blue Haven Pool warranty department...I emailed Julia (who was great to work with and always kept me updated) Julia quickly dispatched a technician (Brad) who was also very good to work with...Brad and team worked diligently to find the issus and made several visits. Upon further diagnosis they did find one of the concerns with the chiller and decided to replace the chiller under factory warranty (great decision) which resolved that one issue ...however there still were an unresolved issues (air bubbles in system) nevertheless Blue Havens team was relentless and ultimately escalated the issue to another experienced tech (Clay) who came out and analyzed it and Clay was able to find and resolve the issue...I couldn't be more satisfied with overall experience from Blue Haven Pools warranty department....

We had the opportunity to work directly with Richard Ingle, Manager,  Blue Haven Pool Company during the installment of our gunite pool.  Richard impressed us immediately, with his professionalism and outstanding customer service. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of his service and we really appreciated his extended working hours, making it highly convenient for busy individuals.  He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and it was a delight to work with him during the pool installation process. Overall Richard Ingle was reliable, honest and operated with the utmost integrity. I would highly recommend Richard Ingle/Blue Haven Pool Company to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service resulting in an outstanding customer experience!

Beyond Happy with our experience from Start to Finish! From the start, We Couldn’t have asked for a better Sales experience with Laura Adams, she was very courteous & helped us make informed decisions with no pressure! Our Project Manager, Richard Ingle was amazing… he was very detailed, responsive and went above & beyond our every expectation! The subcontractors used were skilled, punctual & respectful of our property! We are beyond thrilled with our finished inground pool & hot tub and cannot recommend Blue Haven Pools & their employees enough!!

- Blue Haven Pool and Spas have been great thus far. We are six weeks into our pool project and so far there has not been a phone call not returned or a question unanswered. - Gary Freeman our sales rep was amazing. He was well-prepared for our quote and came up with an amazing rough draft of what our pool would look like. My wife had him make some changes to the design and he gave us pricing on the spot. Thereafter, there were a couple of issues that needed attention and even though the issues were not his department he made the right calls and solved problems or answered questions within 24 hours. - Our project supervisor was Michael Jones and I can't stress enough what a professional Mike is. He made what is a stressful purchase and installation go as seamlessly as possible by always being prepared to answer questions and keeping us updated on the different states of the project. There was an issue related to the installation location of our pool equipment. He could have ignored the issue and dismissed our concern since he had already done the installation. However, Mike quickly got with his direct supervisor, and his supervisor's Boss to address the issue. - Big John the big boss came over and chatted with myself and my wife to help us be 100% happy with one of the biggest investments/purchases of our life. Simply said! These guys are human beings and professionals. Very hard to find these days. **This issue has not fully been resolved but at this point were just waiting to get put on the schedule to get it fixed.** I will update this review to keep any future customers informed. As of today though, I strongly recommend Blue Haven Pools!! - Once we get our landscape I will post more pics as the pics attached right now do not do this pool any justice.

We are in the process of having our blue haven pool built. We are starting plaster on Monday. It has been a great experience thus far with our project manager, Mike Jones. He has been contacting us every step of the way and staying on top of things. Very pleased with our experience so far! Update: absolutely loving our pool. No complaints with blue haven. Any concern I have emailed with- they have responded very quickly!

I want to recognize some exceptional Blue Haven employees. Francis Chock, Brian Heathcoe and Lisa and Chrystal in the office. These employees have gone above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and perfection in the construction and operation of my new pool. Their dedication and professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond, alleviated my fears and anxiety. This morning I received a visit from the GM of the company, he wanted to ensure my issues and concerns were resolved. This speaks volumes for the company on their dedication to customer service and pride in the product they deliver. Thank you Blue Haven.

Working with Blue Haven pools was great from start to finish. Kelly did an amazing job designing a pool that would best fit our needs and backyard. Jay, our contractor, kept us up to date on progress. He was easy to communicate with- answered every question and returned every call. Each and every worker/builder on our pool worked hard and efficiently. It's hard to believe that it only took about 7 weeks to complete everything. We couldn't be happier!! We've had our pool for a month now and have had several issues with the filter and heater. I have communicated with Julia many times and she has been helpful in getting someone out to try and fix the issues. Jonah was sent over and he spent time answering questions and working on these issues. He is knowledgeable, kind and patient. He noticed something that wasn't installed correctly and is working to get that fixed. Thank you, Jonah!! Hopefully we will be able to enjoy our beautiful pool soon🤞🏼. Update.. we've had our pool for almost 2 months now and are still having issues with the heat pump. Apparently nobody at Blue Haven Pools knows how to work on the heat pump. The people from the warranty company are four to five weeks behind. By the time our heat pump is fixed, the weather will be warm enough that we're not even going to need it. This has been such a disappointment. We are unable to use our beautiful pool comfortably and cannot get any help in a timely manner. I feel like we just wasted $7500. Last update.... A huge thanks to Mike, the General Manager, for contacting us to get these issues fixed. Mike has gone above and beyond to make things right. We are now enjoying our pool!! Thank you, Mike, we truly appreciate your hard work!!
