DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR POOL EQUIPMENT NEEDS. Keith Dermody is beyond difficult to deal with and way over his head!! Keith installed a new Hayward system 11/9/2022, but because of the lack of communication we had a lot of frustration due to the time frame it took for the install, we had been promised a sooner install date. Always a lot of excuses! From the day of install our Pool light no longer worked (it did prior to the install even after the hurricane). After attempts to fix the problem, and supposedly having a Hayward rep. come out we were told the issue was a transformer burning out. 12/16/22 Keith replaced the transformer but also took the opportunity to argue with me regarding a negative Facebook review I wrote. After he left, within 10 minutes the light again burned out. We tried to contact his company and also reached out to the salesman, Marc Isadore. Marc said he would relay the information to Keith but NO RESPONSE. BLUE HAVEN DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!! With the help of Hayward we were given names of pool companies who can service their equipment. Colonial Pool and Spa came out 1/12/2023 and diagnosed the problem. The system was wired wrong. They referred us to Mizpah Integrations who came out 1/24/23 and wired our system correctly and got the light working as well as made our equipment safe. Both companies stated that the system we bought from Blue Haven was overkill and that the wiring was a hack job. Obviously not installed by an electrician. Neither Keith or Marc would tell you that though. PLEASE NOTE: We had to pay a lot more money to fix the mess that Blue Haven did. As a consumer you have to put your trust into a company you hire to guide you to purchase a product to fit your needs but also to be able to do the install correctly using the proper professionals AND back up their work.

Had a great experience with Chris from Blue Haven Pools. He explained everything to us, and listened to what we wanted. He provided us with a professional and concise presentation and answered all of our questions.

I am a very detailed oriented person, and BlueHaven Pools met those standards. The project manager made us feel very important in the construction process, and made sure that the quality pool we expected was delivered. I will absolutely recommend BlueHaven Pools to anyone desiring a quality pool!
