From start to finish the Blue Haven team has been beyond exceptional! I was nervous building a pool for the first time and everyone I’ve had the honor of working with throughout this process has been helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind! Don’t even think about using another pool builder, Blue Haven is the best!!

I would like to take the opportunity to complement from the start of the salesman through the operational department to the service department for such an excellent job. Great communication great follow up and on time on every single of their commitments.I highly recommend Blue-haven pools for your choice. We love our Blue Haven pool. Our Senior Designer, Nigel Fay, actively listened to my husband’s and my ideas for our perfect pool. Nigel gave us wonderful advice and incorporated our ideas into a perfect design. Each process was thoroughly explained and executed. Blue Haven supplied us with a step-by-step guide to help us understand each step in the process. Each team reached out to give us a day-to-day updates and what to expect next. Mellissa and Starr were very pleasant and friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Jason and Richard were both very friendly and helpful through the process. My husband and I are thrilled with our pool and highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Casey, Starr, and Richard are absolute superstars! Construction was slowed down a little due to the heat but you all really powered through to the end! Casey was amazing at helping me select a design. Starr was with me every step of the way to answer any questions regarding the process. Richard was there to answer any questions I had in the operations and upkeep of the pool as well as start up maintenance. A Brother in Arms, that Marine kept this Navy Chief with a piece of mind while I was on the road during the final days of filling the pool and was there to keep me informed. You guys are awesome! 5/5 Stars!

We have had a pool built in the past, this experience was much different. They showed up when they said they would. They resolved any issues along the way we had along with keeping the original timeline. I will recommend Blue Haven to anyone.

I enjoyed working with Blue Haven on my new pool and now have a beautiful pool as a result. Their sales and service team was great, communicating really well through all phases of my project. Highly recommend them!

We had Geoff come out and take some measurements on our home and we immediately took a liking to him. He was very professional, kind, knowledgeable. What we loved most about him is he really took the time to get to know our wants and desires and he treated us like we were the only client he had and really cared. After getting the quote we asked lots of questions and Geoff was so patient with us and answered everything with a great attitude and promptly, We ended up going with another company but the choice was so hard because of how amazing Geoff was as well as his design. All this to say, if you’re look for an amazing pool designer, don’t hesitate to contact Geoff!

From start to finish this was an awesome experience. The third pool I have had built in the last 10 years and this was far and away the best result.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with Blue Haven Pools. We did an extensive pool remodel, and Blue Haven had exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, courtesy and customer focus. Our project turned out amazing, with no hiccups or surprises along the way. Project manager Casey Treese listened to our every comment and concern and responded appropriately and timely. I would highly recommend Blue Haven to anyone considering a pool remodel.

Terrible company…. Poor workmanship; knowingly cut corners to make more money delivering lower quality result. Nightmare.

About a month after the warranty went out on my pool, there was a break in the main auto clean line for the hot tub. In order to fix this pipe, which blue haven had heated and shaped, I would have had to cut through all the other pipes in the bundle plus the flowcrete. As such, the cleaning system was irreparable and had to be disabled. So it was pay 30k to fix the pool or live with half a poor lot installed autocleaning system. Buyer beware.

We had a great experience with Blue Haven Pools from start to finish. They listed to our wants and stayed within our budget. Great communication during the process. We are very happy!

I used blue haven pools for my pool build a year ago. I first came into contact with Christina Reyes from their service department towards the end of my project for start up scheduling. Since then she’s been someone I can rely on who is great to communicate with and wears so many hats in facilitating schedules. I recently had to reach out due to some small issues that I had and she jumped on my requests and scheduled everything so that it was a seamless process from draining pool to having two different vendors come out and refilling pool all in 2 day time frame. I genuinely appreciate Christina! She is the most responsive person I have worked with at Blue Haven and is my lifesaver. I also want to add Bob VanHorn who is the General Manager at Blue Haven is also great! Between these two I feel like I can trust any concerns I have are always addressed and/or answered. Thank you both again!!!

I don’t normally have time to do this because of my tense profession and responsibility but I had to take time to express how wonderful and professionalism Christina has been. This employee at blue haven pool always go beyond and above to make sure clients like me are satisfied. I just wanted to express how I feel. My name is Dr Peter.

We called and talked to a salesman named Scott. Scheduled an appointment for today and he never showed up, nor called, and completely ghosted us. We had to reach out to the company by leaving a voicemail and the salesman(Scott) calls back upset and claims that he was offended by the voicemail. Would not recommend conducting business with Blue Haven.
