My wife and I are very happy that we chose Blue Haven Pools! Every person that we dealt with on the project was friendly and conscientious. Our project managers Ed and Jaxon were great! They answered all questions and quickly took care of any concerns we raised. Ed told me to "trust the process" and he was 100% correct, Blue Haven has their process dialed in. I highly recommend Blue Haven and would not hesitate to use them again. We love our new at-home oasis!

When we decided to put in a pool we wanted to choose a reputable company that wouldn’t be out of business before the warranty period was expired. Many of our neighbors had pools put in by Blue Haven and they advised us on what to expect if we moved forward with them. Blue Haven is not the most affordable option, but after viewing our neighbors pools, we realized the finished product is top notch! The installation process needs some refining and improved communication but the sub-contractors produced a great product and we were impressed by their work. Jason McAtte was our project manager and was able to get the entire project completed in four months. We love the finished product and would recommend Blue Haven to friends and neighbors. Thank you!

What a horrendous nightmare of an experience. I wouldn’t recommend BH to my worst enemy. Every single thing went wrong, start to finish, and one year later we’re still having issues with the pool and their poor communication.

The peace of mind you get from working with a company like Blue Haven is truly priceless, especially compared to trying to navigate a pool build on your own just to save a few bucks. I can’t recommend Blue Haven Pools - Freeport and our project manager, Jason McAtee, enough. While the process was a bit long (starting in November 2023 and finishing in August 2024), most of the delays were out of Blue Haven's hands due to Walton County. Once things were in motion, the team worked fast and efficiently—huge thanks to Jason for making that happen. Special shoutouts to Morgan Moore, the Material Coordinator, who has an excellent design eye, and to Tamara Stamm, the Permit Tech, who kept us in the loop throughout the county process. I was also pregnant during this entire project, and the team was so considerate, checking in on me and making sure everything stayed smooth. We decided to celebrate by opening the pool with a baby shower cookout, and the team went above and beyond to meet that deadline—it was a huge success! If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend joining the Facebook group "Owners & Wannabees: Blue Haven Pools on the Gulf." You’ll see team members like Lisa Childress actively helping new and existing customers. That accountability and support was one of the main reasons we chose to go with Blue Haven, and it made all the difference!

This review is for warranty work I had completed - Julia Neville (office coordinator) and Brad (technician) were fantastic people to work with. Julia was incredibly responsive in scheduling my appointment right away, then checking up on the progress. Brad was incredibly polite and knowledgeable and didn't quit the job until it was absolutely right, even working in the rain to make it happen. I couldn't be happier with the service and work completed!

What a fantastic team of such kind people!! Thomas, Chloe and Joni could not be more knowledgeable of this entire process. Every detail of the step by step process to get to the finish line is made very clear and communicated seamlessly. This team in the Freeport, Florida office answered every question I had, were quick to respond and extremely pleasant to work with. We contracted with Blue Haven Pools in Freeport, FL to build a small pool at our home and are extremely pleased. Several pool companies were contacted and Rick Rodger’s at BH won the job because his proposal and design were exactly what we wanted. Rick was patient and responsive as we evaluated our options. Morgan Moore in the Freeport office guided us through our selections with clarity. The star of the project is Jason McAtee our supervisor who led us through each step of the construction. He corrected a few minor mis-steps and was an expert in communicating with us almost daily through the 10 week build out. Pool school with Ryan simplified the process of operating the pool. We would gladly recommend Jason and the BH team for residential pool building.

Blue Haven Pools was a delight to deal with. They had great communication between the buyer and project manager. Quality is important and that's what is top priority on their list. They say "If your not happy with your pool, then were not happy". They also kept us in the loop on the on-going process. They were great to answer any and all questions as we progressed as new pool owners. If any concerns were brought up, they certainly tell you. Lots of great workers who worked together in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jason McAtee was our super supervisor for our pool project! He kept everything moving along from start to finish . He was backed by a great team as well at Blue Haven . Always responsive in answering questions and follow up. Would highly recommend them. John O

We are in the process of having our pool built, and our experience thus far has been amazing! Blue Haven worked with us as we got financing, Nick did a great job turning our collective vision into a rendering, and a plan! The materials selection with Morgan was easy, and Ed and Jaxon have been amazing on site. We get daily updates on their project tracker as they complete work, and let us know what. Is coming up. We’ve built a pool in the past, and there is no comparison between Blue Haven and our previous experience with a different company!

We have had several issues with our pool and the equipment. Lightning strikes can do a real number on electronics and the pumps and parts. Thank goodness Julia, Brad, Bucky,and Ryan are with Blue Haven! The responded quickly and got the issues solved in no time. Blue Haven hang on to these team members! That's what will keep your customers happy!

*Highly Recommend Blue Haven Pools* I just wanted to share my Great Experience with Blue Haven Pool on the Gulf, starting with Morgan Moore (Material Coordinator) she was very friendly, knowledgeable and help us pick our materials for the pool. Ed the Project Manager was Amazing, he was very knowledgeable, communicated very well and answered all our questions and text messages. I will say we had the best crews building our pool starting with Excavator guy and his crew, Naldo (coping and tile), Jose (pavers), Ricardo (plaster) Florence (final grade), Bucky (pool technician and school), etc, etc. Thomas Moore General Manager was very instrumental in helping out with HOA concern which turned out to be resolved the same day with his help! And with all this said we ended up with a Beautiful, Stunning Pool that we will enjoy with family and friends!

I would like to thank the team of blue haven pool and spa for getting the job done in record time the pool looks amazing, special thanks to ed my project manager for keeping my husband and and I up to date with everything ,and getting the pools done before my set date ,also nick for answering all my calls no matter what again I appreciate each and everyone of you for a job well done I would highly recommend.

Our Blue Haven pool was built in 2021. We recently had issues with our equipment which was luckily under warranty. BH’s warranty team was quick to respond, replace the parts, and get my pool working again. Julia in the warranty office was responsive and helpful and the technician Brad is very professional.

We are in the final days of our pool building process and very happy with the result and process along the way. We had Jason McAtee for our project manager He was always very straightforward and answered all of our questions along the way and ensured that things got done the right way.
