Job site left a message. We have to pay another contractor just to come in and completely redo the equipment set as it encroaches in our set back. Yes we know this will void that warranty but after blue haven promised they would move it and tried, we are better off just getting it done the right way else where. My neighbors pool equipment built by gulf stream looks night and day.

I was left with an unfinished pool by another company. Blue Haven Pools came in and agreed to finish the project. They were very responsive and communicated with me on every issue and step of the project. David the project manager is professional, courteous and friendly. They were highly efficient and capable. I would highly recommend Blue Haven Pools. They also came back and repaired some cut wires on my pool equipment free of charge. The cut wires were not the fault i”of Blue Haven. They are a top notch company in every respect.

Blue Haven Pools is outstanding! My wife & I could not be happier for how the pool turned out and the whole build process. From Eric in sales to Tom & Jeff leading the build. Communication was fantastic and if an issue arose, it was fixed quickly. I highly recommend Blue Haven for your next pool build. You will not be disappointed!

As a first time in-ground pool owner we wanted to work with the best pool company around. We talked with our friends. We read reviews. We did our homework when it came down to company integrity and longevity. Blue Haven pools showed up prepared to our consultation. Showed us all the options and ultimately we decided what we wanted. The process seemed pretty seamless. They were able to communicate effectively with each step. No job ever goes 100% perfect but I have to say when an issue or concern arose David the Blue Haven project manager was ready and willing to handle it. From dig to fill the process took 10 and a half weeks! Incredible! The product we received is going to be enjoyed for many, many years to come thanks to Amber and Jeff!

1 star for blue haven pools Tampa. lack of communication, no subcontractor supervision. Regional manager is unprofessional. Shady company that takes short cuts and doesn’t use the county/city building department but rather there own third party guy that lives in the handle and never sees the Jobs. Blue haven relays on sub contractors sending in pictures of the work to which they then send the photos to there there inspector Tyson Scott who never fails one job but passes them all based off pixelated photos. Also, this contractor has been reported to the Hillsborough and pasco county building department for there shady practice and an open investigation is going on. There are some jobs that are all the at up until plaster that don’t have inspectors Uploaded. How is that possible? If you decided to go with this company I highly suggest asking for them to use the county inspector to ensure the pool is actually built right. David the superintendent admitted he had no experience and didn’t know what he was doing but in the end did his best to work with us. Our job wa left an absolute disaster and when I stated I didn’t feel comfortable paying my final draw until my concerns were addressed, the manager threatened to shut my job down

Nothing but good words can be said on the tenacious, hard work performed by Bruce with Blue Haven Pool and Spas. Staci was fabulous to talk too about a spa connected to the pool home I had just purchased. From start to finish there were many hurdles met but each one beautiful cleared with much thought and labor by Bruce. Upon completion it looks like everything was meant to be. All tiles matched, had plenty of room to work with…..it is a small paradise in my back yard that I plan on spending all my time in. So many thanks are given to everyone on their hard work and time put into this beautiful creation.

If I could give more stars, I would. 💯 💥 satisfaction. I had an amazing outstanding experience from start to finish with the services provided with Blue Haven Pools. I was thoroughly impressed with the initial appointment with Jeff Martin. Trust me when he says he will meet you early in the morning you better make sure you’re out of your pajamas because he’s there Johnny on the spot as scheduled. I truly appreciated that although he’s a giant (in my opinion) he alleviated me my anxiety of having an unfinished remodel (left undone by another contractor) completed in its entirety plus more. His project manager, Thomas Esquinaldo who oversaw the project was superb to say the least. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. His ongoing communication via text, calls, and visits highly exhibited his care in bringing this project to fruition. He insured schedules were maintained by the subcontractors thus my project was completed as projected and I’m thoroughly satisfied with the final results. If anyone is looking for a pool new build or remodel, I highly recommend Blue Haven Pools.

Tampa Area you are all in great hands; The Blue Haven Team lead by Jeff Martin is in full swing. Jeff Martin is truly a priceless asset to Blue Haven and all customers aka blue haven family members. He somehow perfectly balances work and family time while providing an unmatched dedication to doing the right thing in any situation. His team will help keep the stress and anxiety very low with profesional resolutions to any issue that MAY pop up during and AFTER your build. The work this company produces through top quality contractors and friendly, outstanding Blue Haven employees shows with any thing they are involved in. I have never regreted any decision or resolution brought to me by Blue Haven. I do not want to take away from companies trying to survive BUT Blue Haven is without a question the only choice for all your Back Yard DREAMS. Trusting a company with your Family, Yard, House and Pets is a big deal that is no concern when you pick Blue Haven......

My pool is absolutely lovely, big thanks to Blue Haven pools!. The entire team was present and available and always there to help me get through whatever questions or concerns that I may have had throughout the process. Tom was my Team Lead, the temperament and patience that he consistently showed me was quite impressive, it didn't matter what questions I had, he provided answers and an understanding of the process. I also want to thank Amber, without her I never would have met the Blue Haven team, and another huge thank you to Jeff as well, for solving and fixing a situation without pause! Right on to Blue Haven Pools!

Thank you Staci and Bruce! We only had a couple weeks to get our pool resurfaced before my daughter and her fiancé's engagement party and they got it done for us with a few days to spare. I really appreciated Staci having the sense of urgency to see that this job was scheduled and completed right away and it looks gorgeous. It is like we have a brand new pool! I would definitely recommend Blue Haven Pools and already have to others interested.

Our experience with Blue Haven pool has been EXCELLENT! 💯 ⭐️ Working with this pool builder was an incredible experience for us. I was quite grateful that they did not deviate from the initial price quote in any way, and their communication was of the highest quality throughout the entire process. The staff members were consistently upbeat and professional, which contributed to the wonderful spirit that prevailed. From the initial visit our salesman Eric was great, no pressure he explained all in detail and always kept us informed thru the initial process. Finance department Ms Nancy and her team! Always answer all my emails. Mr. Tom the project manager, definitely a leader. Always willing to answer all my calls, even on his days off or if he could not answer, he would text me. Tom kept me updated on all the details from day 1 when all permits were approved to the final pool project. The teams that worked on doing the construction, fast and were detailed on the job. David did an amazing job on the electrical part and setting our pool. We had an issue with an LED light, notified him and he got the job corrected immediately . Mrs. Staci was very helpful educating me on how to work keep my pool maintenance running. So if you are looking to build a pool and want straight forward answers for your project, you need to go with Blue Haven Pools. The level of attention to detail that they shown in their work definitely makes us recommend them. I consider this Blue Haven pool team part of our family. Gracias! For helping me keep creating memories with my whole family.

Blue Haven Pools deserve 10 stars in our opinion! They finished our pool in one weeks time that another builder had abandoned! Every day someone was here working and the communication was top notch! We really are so impressed with Blue Haven Pools! If we ever build another pool, they will be the builder that we choose! Thank you Jeff and Tom!!!

They where to work with from beginning to finish i would recommend Blue Haven Pools to anyone wanting to get a pool built
