Ordered a glass apple as a present for my sister, thought it was so lovely that I ordered one for myself... she loved it too. The order was a while longer coming than expected but I was kept informed the whole time so it wasn't an issue.

We purchased an orange perfume bottle from Boha glass...on its arrival it was very unlike its picture...so very disappointed. Understand that they are hand made but even so..
Contacted Boha Glass who told me to retun it to the artist ...no communication from either party..spent over £11 in postage and insurance for something that wasn't my fault...had to contact Boha Glass againfor the eventual refund of the perfume bottle...very disappointed as it was intended to be a special present

The artist sent a beautiful perfume bottle to the customer, but it was not the colour they wanted. They asked to return it and we gave them the address to return it. The bottle arrived back on Thursday and we refunded them the money the same day. We also emailed them to ask for bank details so we could refund the postage costs as well ( our system only allows us to refund the amount paid, not add any additional refund). They have not responded and have not responded to any of our emails.

I ordered the Moors by Thomas Petit flattened glass perfume bottle for my mum's 60th. She was so pleased with it. The colours are beautiful and really do look like the North Yorkshire Moors. Boha were really helpful and communicative, agreeing to swap the bottle for a different shape to the one I originally ordered so it would come in time for her birthday (I'd left it a bit last minute). It came within three days in plenty of bubble wrap and padding. I'd definitely recommend the website.
