Rude customer service!
Over three weeks ago contacted Booking.Com for a plane ticket refund due to Helene as the airport was closed during my scheduled flight there. They said they would contact me in a few days regarding my refund. I contacted them after a week of no response from them. They said they already escalated my request and I would have to wait. After two weeks I contacted them again. They were rude and belligerent and said that I would have to resolve the problem myself. I have been a regular customer of theirs and achieved a high level in their customer ratings. I am very upset this is the way they treat their valuable customers. You might save money with their booking but you will have to solve any problems yourself as their "customer service" is non existent. From other reviews and their only two star ratings on review sites; this is a regular problem with them. Pay a little extra and get the service you need as you will be left alone to solve any problems yourself if you book with them.

Lovely Getaway
We were pleasantly surprised how spacious our room was in comparison with the pictures. It was cleaned everyday unless we placed the sign to avoid cleaning. Each of my kids had their own bed and loved how comfortable they were. The staff was really nice and very helpful as this was our first stay in Malta. We are all ready planning our trip back and will book again. This will be our home away from home.

The worst company in the world
We made reservations for our trip to Florida and eastern Tennessee. Hurricane Helene hit and wiped out one hotel in Asheville and we weren’t able to get to Knoxville. Booking.com will not acknowledge our problem let alone help us get our money back do to an act of God!

Compramos 4 passagens para ir ao Brasil pela booking , a companhia aérea é a Avianca que trocou o dia do nosso voo sem nos mandar ao menos um E-mail, resumindo não conseguiríamos viajar na data alterada porque estamos indo renovar nosso visto americano no Br. Já estamos esperando pela confirmação do reembolso há quase 30 dias. A companhia aérea fala que como compramos pela booking temos que resolver com eles, e quando pedimos para a Booking.com um retorno eles falam que estão aguardando companhia aérea. Solicitamos um número de protocolo deles para a companhia mas também não nos passam nada e dizem para aguardar. Total descaso com o consumidor.

Avoid at all costs!
Do not use booking.com. We are not able to get any support to change a flight due to hurricane Milton. No one speaks English and they will continually “escalate” up your concerns to no one! The airline will not assist you if you book with this agency. Beware!

This was an amazing weekend stay at the cozy home in Miami, beautiful neighborhood and beautiful area. Clean unit everything look like the pictures. It was very nice. Also to we were mesmerized by the sheets and the duvet that were on the bed because the beds were super comfortable. The only thing that we found challenging is coming in and out, and wish that maybe your back entry was either cobbled or the stones that are towards the front of the entry ran all the way through the alleyway in the entrance was stoned, but the rest of it is amazing. I love the Terrazzo floors. I love your aesthetics, mid-century modern designs and was absolutely wonderful and I cannot mention enough about the pet friendly part of it to have my Nyah feel at home away from home. It’s nice to find a great stay in Miami , superb!!
