Ganz okay ☺Super Lage. Schönster Strandabschnitt quasi direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war lecker aber wenig abwechslungsreich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat sehr gut funktioniert. ☹Hatten leider keinen Balkon und das Zimmer war wirklich sehr klein für zwei Personen. Strandtücher trocknen war eine richtige Herausforderung.

☺Hotel basic but good value ☹Roof top bar had no bar staff so had to keep going to the bar in the hotel the lift took ages to get to the rooftop so only had 1 drink

No volvería ☺ La terraza y las vistas al mar lo mejor, también desayunamos bien… por sacar algo bueno ☹ Las paredes son de papel se escucha todo, no se puede descansar. La gente baja borracha de la azotea liándola tardísimo y ni una llamada de atención. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia y la habitación especialmente pequeña, estrecha, sin una neverita para beber agua, y es imposible aparcar. Los trabajadores que limpiaban habitaciones cercanas para una nueva entrada de huéspedes, hablaban fuerte, reían y gritaban a primera hora de la mañana, por no hablar de que tocan y abren directamente la puerta, ósea fatal. No volvería ha sido una decepción.

☺Great location, although a little noisy from the street. The room was lovely and clean, although small. The bathroom and shower were really comfortable. The staff were great and friendly, and the breakfast was very tasty. ☹There were no plugs by the kettle.

☺Bella posizione, terrazzo sopra il palazzo molto bello con una vista pazzesca sulla città e sul mare Camere ben curate, con tutto il necessario Colazione molto buona Personale molto gentile e disponibile L’hotel faceva anche da bar, sia sopra che nella terrazza che sotto all’entrata, drink e cocktail buonissimi!

Lovely small room that was perfect with air conditioning for a couple who wanted some fun for a few days in the sunshine ☺Location just off tapas alley in old town Benidorm. Very good choice of restaurant and bars very close by. Roof top bar / area. Close to beach. Lovely breakfast options. Very good reasonable prices. ☹No pool.

Estancia para repetir: céntrico, cómodo y limpio ☺ El alojamiento está en muy buena ubicación. A unos escasos metros del mirador y entre las dos playas de Benidorm: Levante y Poniente. En el área hay una gran oferta de restaurantes, terrazas y bares para bailar y tomar una copa. Muy recomendable para viajeros LGTBIQ+. Mi habitación era MUY AMPLIA y tenía un armario de acceso muy cómodo. El baño con muy buen tamaño y todo MUY LIMPIO. El personal SÚPER ATENT@S, EDUCAD@S y AGRADABLES. Mi habitación tenía vistas al mar (a los tejados de otros edificios también, pero se veía el mar muy bien y eso siempre es de agradecer). ☹ Mi habitación estaba en la planta séptima, debajo de la terraza, y al no estar aislada se escuchaba TODO… Desde la música a la gente dando golpes en las mesas al son de la música. Eso sí, no cierra tarde y puedes dormir por la noche. La wifi no llegó a funcionar en ningún momento.

I always enjoy the queen's hotel in old town I will deffo be back 😁 ☺The breakfast was amazing good Choice we stayed last year room was perfect.But this year we got another room it was smaller but we were out all day .I would recommend that you ask for balcony cause I believe there is to rooms that don't have balcony.its nice to sit on balcony with a morning cuppa lol ☹I asked for long mirror last year to be put in rooms and when I went this year there was a long mirror but I don't know if there in all rooms .oh were the kettle is you need a point there oms
