Had 4 sessions of Laser with Olivia and it’s been fantastic and completely life changing for me. Saw results after the first session but really kicked in on the third. The staff have been so kind and understanding towards me. Olivia has been a great tech talking me through everything and what to expect, giving me a break when I need it, and acting as a mini therapist which has made it all the more worthwhile. Easy 5 stars! Rose

I had an excellent experience at The Laser Club while getting some tattoos removed. Liv, who has been handling my treatments, has been absolutely fantastic! She’s very kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and took the time to explain everything about the tattoo laser removal in detail. I’m really impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. Highly recommend!

Can not thank Nichola enough for putting me so at ease during my first session. She is professional and personable. I am looking forward to the rest of my sessions, plus the results are great so far and I can't wait for the final results.

Just coming to the end of my laser hair removal journey. It's beyond what I could have imagined in terms of results. My skin has never been in such great condition. I still have a slight bit of growth here and there, but I am over the moon with the results. However, the best thing through the whole process has been Nichola. She is incredibly professional and instantly makes you feel at ease. She has the perfect balance of being thorough and effortlessly efficient during the lasering process. Thank you Nichola for making the process such a joy and for the brilliant results.

Paid over £900 for 8 laser hair removal sessions really don’t feel like I’ve got the results I wanted. Yes some hair doesn’t grow back but there are lots of patches of hair that does still grow back. I don’t think it’s due to how my hair is (otherwise why would some grow back and some not - especially when it’s the same coarseness) but more due how my sessions were always rushed and I could tell sections had been missed. I don’t feel the attention to detail was there really. It was very frustrating. One session they completely forgot to do my bikini; on the next session when I mentioned this I felt like the clinician was then quite hostile towards me. Other sessions I would remind the clinician to do a spot (that I had paid for to be done) and they would forget to do it, again very fustrating! If you want quick laser sessions that will give you some results then sure go here! If you want someone with attention to detail and making sure the laser gets every spot then I’d recommend doing some more research on other places!! I’m quite disappointed in the results I got from here, especially after spending so much money:(

The moment I walked in, the reception staff greeted me warmly, making me feel instantly welcome. Everyone at Laserclub in Manchester was incredibly friendly and positive, which made the experience so enjoyable. Nic, who looked after me, really understood my goals and delivered exactly the results I was hoping for. I’m so grateful for the time taken to walk me through the process—it was definitely worth the two-hour drive. Thank you, Laserclub; I’ll definitely be coming back! Side note: The communication before and after the appointment was excellent, truly reflecting the team’s effort.
