Throughout what turned out to be a more complicated and lengthy process than any of us anticipated, Boris Mechanical stuck with the tasks at hand and did everything in their power to make the job come out well. A truly excellent service.

I had erosion on my gas pipe and there was a gas leak. Boris came to replace all my gas pipes. They are very professional. They finished their work very promptly. Boris helped file the required documents including the asbestos report to get clearance from the DOB. The DOB conducted their inspection and gave us the gas authorization to have the gas turned back on.

Boris mechanic is such a fraud. They told us we had to make a full payment upfront, otherwise they wouldn't take the job and this was their company policy. So we did make a full payment. After checking with department of building we didn't need to proceed the job we requested. So we asked to canceled the job since they haven't started it yet and we asked for a refund. But, they refused and did not give us any refund. We asked for partial refund as Boris mechanic didn't do anything. We didn't get any refund and wasted our $4000, they were the one who was yelling at us. They were so rude, had no conscience, and had no business ethics. They were just taking advantages from us since we were not native speakers. Definitely, they were the worst contractor I ever worked with and I am writing this review to prevent any victims like me. This incident happened last year, I still think this is very unfair!!!!! And, I want my money back!!!!!!

We have been using Boris Mechanical for over two years now. The owner James is super knowledgeable in all aspects of his trade. They are a one stop shop for all of our gas, general plumbing and sprinkler repair needs. Great experience with their work. Literally a no job is too small modo.

Don't waste your time with Boris Mechanical. I spoke with them about a repair in my aparment. I sent them photos as they requested and they gave me a rough estimate of cost. The next step was for them to come take a look, but that's when they started giving me the runaround. For 2 weeks they said they would come out, that someone would call me in an hour, that someone would call me that afternoon. No progress. They have no respect for your time.
