Absolute 20/10 experience with Braid Finance, specifically Andrew. I was very unsure if I would be able to replace my vehicle after a bad accident and having a rough year financially. Andrew went above and beyond to hear all my concerns and treat my application with attentive care and appreciation for my individual situation. I could not have asked for a better stress free experience securing finance. Andrew answered all my questions (more than once sometimes) with patience and understanding and kept me updated at all times. Communication was excellent at all points of the process and even with some unexpected delays I was kept up to date immediately. Excellent company with excellent service.

First time using braid finance and they have been amazing. First time user for any broker finance and they helped me alot. I was approved with a lender and communication with braid was great. They always updated me with everything and took me step by step with every process. So I would highly recommend braid finance to anyone who is looking for great customer service and a loan. If you’re looking for a loan, I highly recommend Braid Finance! From the very beginning, Andrew was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything, answering all my questions along the way. He was extremely helpful and communicative, making sure I felt confident in my decisions. I’m so glad I chose Braid over the car dealership's offer. The dealership experience was a nightmare—they tried to get me a loan but couldn’t deliver, and when I decided to go with Braid, the finance person at the dealership became really angry and resentful towards me and Andrew. It felt threatening and was just an awful experience overall. In contrast, Andrew was genuine, caring, and made me feel valued as a client. I was more than happy to pay for their services, and the customer service I received was outstanding. If you want a better deal and a positive experience, go with Braid Finance!
