I rarely write reviews, but wanted to say how happy I was with the service from Bristol Taxi Service Starline Transfers when I booked them for a couple of journeys last week. I had to call a couple of times and they were always quick to answer the phone, and sent clear communication by text to confirm the bookings.
The driver Khalid arrived on time and was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Ordered the taxi in advance, was notified every step of the way, had an email to say i could track driver and also had an email when he was due to arrive, Very pleasant friendly driver, lovely stress free journey - would definitely use again!

Booked a taxi through their website for a return journey. Filled out the collection address and the return address and was provided a quotation, which I then booked against and paid for up front. Today, less than 24 hours ahead of the journey, I received a phone call telling me the journey would he almost twice the price because they have to send a car from the city center, despite the fact that I told them the exact journey details ahead of the booking.

The driver was 4 minutes late. I know it’s not a lot of time but when it over double the price of an Uber and you’ve pre-booked in advance then the driver should be on time.
