TERRIBLY EXPERIENCE. They will just sneak in charges to make money. I came in specifically for a routine annual exam and instead they had me perform all types of additional tests. I just received my bill and found out that not only are they billing me for an ultrasound (which I didn't realize it wasn't part of the annual exam and therefore not covered by my insurance), but they also snuck in an additional procedure called a duplex arterial flow just because they claim they saw some "small abnormalities". The doctor did not discuss any of these findings at all with me. All of this was done without letting me know in advance or asking for my permission. To begin with, the transvaginal ultrasound was not requested from my part and not even sure why they had me do it in the first place - this is definitely not routine. I immediately told the receptionists that this was not what I came in for and they just brushed it off and said that this is how it's done in their office. I called the office to dispute the claim and they were not helpful at all.

So I’ve been to this place a couple times and the staff has been kind and friendly but I had an issue with the way they deliver results. It got me pretty stressed over nothing and I had to call to check even though I asked to see the results online, I also didn’t feel super comfortable asking the doctor questions cause it felt rushed but maybe that’s just my anxiety.

The best Gynecological care I have ever received ! Thanks to their thorough care , I am standing back on my feet. I was anemic and extremely deficient in Vitamin D when I first visited the office and I didn’t know it. Looking back , I was not well for the past 3/4 years. The excessive bleeding had me anemic and therefore, extremely fatigued. The minute I entered this office , they did a sonogram , blood work and a referral to Dr. Dimitris Y, due to something looking abnormal in the uterus. I have never been to an office where, in one day , I could get so much information. Not to mention, Nadia… what a gem she is and how lucky they are to have such a sharp, intelligent and beautiful soul working at this office. Appointment are always available- no long waits at all. 5 out of 5 office in downtown Brooklyn.

I went in to inquire about a tubual ligation and just received it last week. I feel like I’ve finally got bodily autonomy that I’ve been wanting for a long time. The entire process was gentle, kind, understanding and I felt very supported by everyone I encountered at the office and also at the hospital where I received the surgery. A really great experience, one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a lot of very nice gynecological offices but this one by far was the nicest.
