August of this year, I had Bryan's Heat & Air install a high efficiency Bosch HVAC system. With the post install, two inspections are provided. Today, Ethan arrived to inspect the HVAC system to ensure optimum performance. As with all Bryan's installers, repair techs, they are top notch. I have relied on Bryan's for years and never dissatisfied. Today, Ethan was no less professional, great at what he does and explained what was to be checked. Home owners can't go wrong with Bryan's. I haven't and will call them when needed.

Replace the filter I did not need had to take the filter out it was going to blow the motor up.. All he did is jump one wire on my board and charge $280 would have taken me 5 minutes to do that.. I'm a journey electrician was for 20 years and never build people this way.. you should be ashamed of yourself for billing me $280 for the amount of work you did... I am not happy I'm a disabled veteran this is not acceptable.. be careful calling these people they didn't tell me how much it was going to be or nothing just took my card number and raped me.. these people need to think about how they would like to be treated by others the way they have treated me.. you shouldn't do this to anyone last time they came here they charged $100 and didn't fix it they came back charge $280 for a filter I don't need and hooking up one wire.. not happy at all we'll go to the better Business bureau next..
