I am beyond pleased with BT1. They treated my needs with a sense of urgency. Nate does incredible craftsmanship. He quickly remedied damage done to our garage door. We were able to salvage the door, rather than replace it.

Have used them several times in the past. Recently had over $300 work done by them. Today they came by because I was having trouble with the garage door and something was blocking the eye. All he did was move the object and charged me $75. All of the past work I have paid for should have given me a pass on this one. Poor customer service and I will not use them again!

BT1 was recommended to us by our daughter and SIL. We were very pleased with their response time and professionalism. I called and they were able to come the next day. The technician arrived 30 minutes early (after calling and making sure we were available). He was able to repair our door and explained to us exactly what was wrong. We would recommend them to anyone who has garage door issues.

They identified the problem, ordered the part and scheduled the installation of the part. They were professional, cordial and receptive. They also informed me of the warranty that applied.

Casey the greatest salesman for this company said in a phone call that he would be out monday to look at what i needed and they would be out Wednesday to install. Than after they came out on monday i said ok. Than following friday i called seeing whats going on casey answer phone i ask were are you guys he said what you drinking. Than 2 weeks later he said they going take me to court because i still fill like customer service is important even if i have a beer. Beware of this company.

Great service! Technician was very skilled and knowledgeable. Very nice, as well. My service request call was returned within an hour, and service was finished earlier than scheduled. Garage door completely fixed, and smoother than ever before. Highly recommend!

we called these guys this morning at 7 AM and told them we were in a pinch and not hour 16 x 14 garage door needed some emergency assistance and they sent Carl out within an hour to fix our door!!
