Simplemente excelente. Nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Todo bien preparado. Vehículos cómodos. Puntualidad en exceso. Mención especial para Juan quien nos llevó varios días a nuestros tours y fue muy amable, atento, nos enseñó tips del lugar, siempre preocupado, entrega buenas recomendaciones para salir y conocer. This was my first time in Colombia and though they are a country that experiences worldwide tourism, many people only speak Spanish. This can be very intimidating as a solo female traveler trying to get around by herself. I appreciate that Bukap Tracels is bilingual in their operations and offers not only tours with English speaking guides but also private transfers for not only visiting the Santa Marta area but also to surrounding cities such as Cartagena. I would definitely recommend Juan (the owner), Juan Guillermo and Jauren for all your tour and private transfer needs. When I visit again I will definitely be using them again.
