We have spent the last 2.5 year building a custom home and I have to say, of all the people we worked with during the process, Burleson was at the top. From start to finish, they were thorough, on time, patient with changing timelines, and attentive throughout the entire process. Melissa was fantastic to work with from start to finish. She was always a text away and quick to get back to me with anything she didn’t know the answer to. There was one small hiccup in our process and Burleson handled it flawlessly. It’s rare to come across people (especially in the construction process) that truly care about getting it perfect. Not to mention our backyard is the oasis of our dreams!! Worth every penny.

After researching gunite pools we chose to reach out to Burleson to construct our pools. They were incredibly responsive from the beginning and worked with us to make our vision a reality. Melissa has made herself available from the very start and still quickly and helpfully responds to any questions we have. Every person we came in contact with throughout the process of building our pool was friendly and professional. Burelson is an honest company that stops at nothing to make sure every detail is perfect. We love our pool so much and could not be happier with the whole process and end result.

Burleson and their team were the only ones for our project. We still have more to do but they have been amazing throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any water project. They are worth the wait. They will work with you when you voice your wants and talk you through reasons of not doing certain things if it will cost you in the long run-either with time, money or aggravation.

We had a fantastic experience with Burleson Pools! We asked Beth and her team to design and build our dream pool for our dream home and they did not disappoint! The design process was fun and the build went very smooth on challenging terrain. Staff has been very helpful post-build too (very important for first-time pool owners). Build with confidence! A+ experience!

We talked to a couple of pool companies but our architect highly recommended working with Melissa at Burleson Pool Company. It was definitely the best decision we could have made. Our architect worked directly with Melissa on the unique design of connecting our spa ledge to the overhanging porch on the detached garage. Our grandson loves the tanning ledge (also known as his personal "splash pad" and he also thinks the colorful LED lights are pretty cool! Everyone that came to work on the pool was very professional. They always showed up when they said they would and were very responsive to our many questions...even when we asked the same question multiple times! We also had Burleson install a child safety fence around the perimeter of the pool. Once installed it was very easy to take down and put back up. (We had it down in 10 minutes the other night when we were hosting an adult get together.) The pool deck is definitely prettier with the fence down but it is so worth the extra peace of mind when our grandson is over!

Showed up on time. Did high quality work as promised. Answered all questions and inquiries promptly. Finished and completed punch list as promised. Cleaned up job site afterwards. Work completed in a timely fashion as promised. Highly recommend!

If you want professional construction of a custom pool call Burleson! They are the best in the business! I can’t say enough about how great and easy they were to work with. All questions were answered and the process of building was a pleasure! We absolutely love Beth and Mike!

From start to finish, Burleson did a fantastic job! As you can see, the plan was executed perfectly. This was a very large project and Burleson handled it well. The price did not change from start to finish. Thanks for the pool, we have enjoyed it all summer.

Excellent experience with Burleson. From design, to install they were a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to our needs. Mellisa even responded while on maternity leave! (We didn’t know she was out … oops) Also Bryan Malone helped us trouble shoot some other items. We have absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great people!

Hands down the best pool contractor in the business. From start to finish these folks know pools and can make your backyard dreams come alive. From the first meeting, to design, and then installation, the whole process was great. Hands down…they are the best!

At the height of the Pandemic, Burleson built our Pool + Spa and we love it. I thought I was going to get a decent pool and simple spa. What they designed and built for us is a technical masterpiece, with app controlled lights and routines, beautiful stone and tilework and just a paradise to enjoy. 10/10 I would use them and recommend them to anyone who asks. For the actual build, we started in January. It was exciting from the start, holes were dug and it was a flurry of activity. Every day something new, with different crews arriving for their speciality (concrete people, the shockcrete people, the tilers, and so on). Everyone went above and beyond, we had to have a small change to the layout of the heater to pass city inspection and Burleson was on top of it. I had a LED light fail (Jandy's fault, not Burleson) and they spent time with me to figure out how to make it right (we had to dig, explore and weight our options) and they came up with a fantastic solution with better lights that make the pool that much more special. Great people.

We talked to several pool companies before selecting Burleson for our pool and hot tub design and build. Hands down they were the best. Beth was able to capture my vision for the pool and hot tub area, she is so talented and stayed on top of every aspect of the building process. The Burleson team was top notch during the building process as well. I have recommended Burleson multiple times to neighbors and will continue to. They also maintain our pool weekly and just like the build, the maintenance is top notch.

Out of multiple pool companies we talked to, Mike Edwards from Burleson was the only one who was able to provide a solution to a serious electrical issue. Not only Was Mike knowledgeable and professional, he also resolved the issues in a timely manner and explained exactly what he did. We could not have asked for a better service.

I’d stay as far away from this company as possible, they are dishonest and Total not trustworthy. Whatever quote the owner gives you by the time they get ready to start the job more than doubles. It starts with the owner, he has no idea how to be an honest and honorable business man. Consumer beware this company doesn’t deal on a level playing field.
