great all day cafe this is an outstanding cafe offering an interesting menu with good quality cooking in an all- day menu with take away and friendly efficient service in a lovely atmosphere. The cafe offers opportunities to young people to gain work experience which adds to the experience. But its the food , coffee and service that makes it a really welcoming destination.

Excellent Cafe food, Brilliant Young persons Training Objective Good , if simple food, half sandwich and bowl of soup good for light lunch Whole sandwich and Cullen Skink very good for hearty Lunch. Other stuff of course and take aways. As a one time Hospitality professional I do applaud the ethic of getting young people up to speed for wider Hospitality employment Pity it is not open to 6 for pre Theatre or pre Cinema evening meals, though this might be difficult to fit within the staffing for the Training objective.

A great place for a special lunch. We were looking for a nice moderately priced venue to have a late lunch and happened upon Cafe Artysans (a short walk from major parking area in Inverness). Cafe Artysans is a social enterprise cafe in the Highlands, working with and supporting young people. (form Website) - this intrigues use and we decided to give it a go. It was so pleasant inside with great service. We shared a Artysans Cullen Skink Chowder for £8.95. The smoked flavour of the haddock was amazing. As they advertise it was both hearty and comforting. For our main we had the special Artysans own Fish Pie for £13.15 This was advertised - lots of haddock, smoked salmon and prawns and topped with a creamy mash. both the soup and main we nicely presented and very hot. I had a pot of tea and my wife had a Diet Coke - Our only issue was that the Diet Coke was not very cold and we were told they did not have ice. A great place for a reasonably priced lunch.

Highly Recommend An absolutely delightful place to have a nice, filling economical breakfast in a great atmosphere with lovely service. Could not recommend more.
