Cakes By Nick G crafted the most delicious and beautiful cake for our wedding. Nick's creativity and attention to detail were apparent from the moment we received our gorgeous wedding cake samples (honestly, they were packaged like the most perfect little gift - so fun!) to the final cake, which arrived and was even more stunning (and tasty!) than I could have imagined. Throughout the planning process, Nick was very responsive and helpful, ensuring that our vision was perfectly executed and gave great recommendations on flavor combinations. I highly recommend working with Nick for any event where you need a special, celebratory cake.

We were SO happy with our custom ACOTAR cake. It was absolutely perfect, looked amazing and was delicious. The delivery was on time, and efficient. We wanted a local baker for our wedding cake and opted to go with Chef Nick Gomez/Cakes by Nick G. We did an at home tasting and opted to go with a lemon blueberry cake with vanilla buttercream. We were wowed by this combination at the tasting and even more wowed at our wedding. Many guests commented that this was the best wedding cake, and cake, they’d ever tasted. Chef Nick’s communication and attention to detail are excellent. We are looking forward to ordering from him in the future for all of our events!

Nick not only baked us an exceptional cake and delightful cupcakes, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We wanted cupcakes to look like our cats and he truly delivered adorable and delicious treats.

Nick made the cupcakes for my birthday party and it was great- he made suggestions about flavor combinations (the strawberry champagne were a big hit!) and did a beautiful job on the design based on some inspiration photos I sent. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, the delivery was on time, and most importantly the cupcakes were delicious and my guests loved them! I would recommend Nick without hesitation for all your dessert needs!

I worked with him on a client's wedding, and his patience, expertise, and customer service were not only professional, but incredibly friendly and familiar that made you feel so comfortable and secure, like you were in the best possible hands for the task. To boot, his designs (custom cat cupcakes designed to look like my client's two cats!!!) were absolutely phenomenal and a real showstopper!
