We were in need of air-conditioning service on a unit installed by ACR for the previous homeowners. Had a great overall experience with ACR. It was easy to schedule, Jonathan the service tech showed up on time and did a thorough job as well as explained a number of elements related to the system. Throughout the process they were very communicative to send reminders of the scheduled service as well as the timing of the arrival of the service tech. We will continue to use and I recommend ACR for your air-conditioning needs. 5/28/24 Update We used ACR once again for our regular maintenance. Attila was our tech this time. Similar to our previous experiences with ACR, Attila showed up on time and completed thorough maintenance service quickly and effectively. He was very communicative and explained the procedures he was performing and the results. We will continue to use and recommend ACR. 11/4/24 Update We had some unplanned AC service needs, and we once again called on ACR. As in the past, they were quick to respond, diagnosed the issue, and resolved. I feel like they went the extra mile to provide us service. We will continue to utilize ACR and recommend them for AC services. 1/10/25 Update Our HVAC system started to fail, and instead of spending good money after bad, we decided to replace the system given the costs to maintain and the age of the existing unit. Of course, we contacted ACR to do the work. As they have consistently done in the past, they showed up on time, performed the work to my satisfaction, quickly finished the job, and left the house in clean working order. I was amazed how quickly they completed a complete new installation of an entire HVAC system. We are pleased that we have a brand, new modern, state of the art HVAC system to control the house environment. Once again, I am very pleased with the quality of service that we received from ACR and I will continue to use and recommend them for AC needs.

My service man, Eddie, arrived promptly for my AC maintenance appointment at 8:00 am and completed the full maintenance required. He had to do a little additional work to gain access to the condensation pump system on my brand new AC unit that was all installed back in December 2023, as it was positioned below the AC unit platform at the return box in the AC closet in my home. This meant he had to cut a hole in the drywall to reach the pump. When unit was installed, an access panel should have been made in that spot. Eddie completed all services and resealed the opening in the drywall. Eddie also helped me with the Trane app on my phone so I can adjust the temperature during cold and warm weather. He was very professional and courteous and answered all my questions as well as signing me up for twice a year maintenance service for which I paid for today. I’d like for Eddie to come back in July 2025 for the next semi-annual maintenance appointment. Thank you. Martha Dunn

Hector was excellent, good people skills and great diagnostic skills. Found out , there was a leak in the evaporator, and was honest by telling me that adding freon is just a temporary fix ,that i should be thinking of replacing the unit , its a 22 year old Trane unit.

Accomdated my request for emergency service and arrived within 3 hours. Tech was extremely courteous. Extremely thorough with the work and got the system running under extremely hot conditions.

I have had a very bad experience with this company since a driver hit my truck on October 16, 2024, due to his irresponsibility behind the wheel and being on his phone even having a co-pilot who should have helped him with his GPS and he did not, the manager asked me to find a quote to fix my truck and I did, they lost my day of work and my wife's, the next days their insurance company took over to repair my vehicle, but it was only that, they have not been responsible for the loss of my days of work and the resources I used, I have asked for a small compensation for the loss of value of my vehicle even after it was repaired, I must pay for their responsibility.
