My truck was ready exactly when she said it would be, and she took the time to help me set everything up within my truck, like codes, phone, etc. Kristine, in financing, was also very knowledgeable and informative and walked me through everything within the lease agreement. Community minded business. All employees are professional. Great representation of the Ford products. I walked in at 11:30 am to look at a couple of Ford Tremors . I liked the colour of the first Tremor. Guess what l left the same day with my Tremor. Being organized and several people from different departments worked together made it possible to take it home the same day. Thank You ThankYou.

Went in for and oil change. Front staff very friendly and explained everything. Not sure what the service tech did but the outside sensors won’t stop engaging when there is nothing to set them off. I have to turn the button on the dash off as soon as I get into my vehicle as the sensors goes on immediately. Not happy. Especially I only went in for an oil change
