Edit: dropped it down from 5 to 4 stars. Was told I’d have a full tank of gas. Truck had 669km to empty (but looked full based on where the needle was pointing in the gauge), gassed up today, and it was full at 810km. Having that, as promised, additional 140km of gas would have been nice. Original review: Had a wonderful experience with Nicole, Brett, and Daniel (financing). Nicole was very accommodating with taking me for test rides and looking up vehicle availability. Brett answered tons of questions I had. Daniel was patient and understanding. Fortuitously stumbled upon this 2022 Ford Maverick while I was in for another inquiry and they were quick to help me lock in my purchase of the vehicle (they didn't sell me on it, I knew I wanted it). Great experience, I recommend them for others.

Just got my F-150 Flash Lightning truck from Cam Clark in Richmond at a great price and no hassle from anyone. The sales person was very open and not pushy, sales and finance manager were great communicators and the person doing delivery was top notch!!! love the ruck and the buying experience at Cam Clark.

On this occasion there what seemed to be an obvious reduction in staff. However this did not interfere with the level of service which was more personalized in my opinion. The vehicle was returned in a timely fashion and properly cleaned. The work was done my complete satisfaction and fully explained by the technician which I preferred rather than the service advisor. As always I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated and service provided to my vehicle.

Recently picked up a used car from them. Price was the best in the market without hassling. From the sales person, Chris to Financial manager, Sammie, the team were all fantastic to work with. Special shout out to Chris who went to the trouble to reach out to the previous owner of the car for a part that was left behind and got it back for me, it was after the sale when he absolutely didn't have to. Thank you and would highly recommend them.
