Here on vacation and my engine light came on. This was my 3rd stop to see if I could get a diagnostic run. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful! Could have waited to fix in the states, but I like to give business to kind people

My favourite dealership I’ve ever been too. The staff were not pushy but intentional and helpful. Very knowledgeable and worked with you (and the bank If you finance) to get what you want. Brenden and Cheryl were both FANTASTIC! All other staff were so kind, helpful and gave the location a homey, friendly feel. We will hopefully be going here for years and years to come :)

I have been taught if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. I have not given anything less than 5star review in my 50plus years and don't believe in doing it without reason. We made a purchase Sept 7th 2024 and I waited until now to post. The good. Cam Clark Canmore dealer location is probably one of the best . Dealership is new clean, its in our beautiful Canadian Rockies. Sales team offered a complementarily hotel room to offset travel expense. We drove a rental car from Regina to make this used car purchase. The not so good. A mandatory Cam Clark member ship fee. Didn't want it cant use it. Please just increase the cost of unit and not list it as an option. The main issue. On the invoice a oil change was detailed on the list of items completed with unit before purchase. It was not. Yes hard to prove after it was driven home. After suppling proof a reimbursement for cost of oil change was offered. I did not accept. It's not the point. I hope they do better with this caliber of a dealership. The level of trust is expected. The possible permanent premature engine damage that was possible if I did not catch this is what has bothered me so much on a used 60K purchase. Without prejudice simply a fact. I am still glad I bought this unit just wish it went differently.

From Cooper, Kelly and Kate in Service, Michelle in Sale and Cheryl in Finance. Michelle sure made shopping for a new car informative and smart. She listened to what my needs were and she pointed me to the 2024 Ford Bronco Sport. Its been a fun and excellent consumer experience!

I bought a used truck recently from Michelle Kelcher. The experience was excellent all around. Michelle is fantastic at communicating throughout the deal and made sure the whole process went smoothly. Cheryl Kelly was also lovely to deal with. I'm very pleased with the vehicle and the entire experience. Everyone was very organized and accommodating. I highly recommend Cam Clark Ford Canmore. Edit: since purchasing my vehicle I had a requirement for service where I was dealing with Nicole in their service department. Nicole is FANTASTIC. She made sure the service issue I was facing was addressed quickly and conveniently for me, kept in constant communication and remedied the problem. I could not be more pleased and even though it would be closer for me to visit the Airdrie, Olds or Red Deer dealerships, Nicole's customer service has ensured I will drive to Canmore from now on.

Probably the best service I've ever experienced! Came in to the service centre to have an issue looked at with no notice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our issue was quickly diagnosed and the technician was very knowledgeable.
