I've used Capulet Cleaning for my home in Charlotte for several years now and I couldn't be more pleased. Amber, the owner, is always very responsive to all requests that I make; she goes out of her way to be helpful. Kaleia and Mitch do an amazing job cleaning. They pay attention to all the important details, show up on time, do their job efficiently, and are a very trustworthy couple. If I ever need something to change, they are happy to accommodate my request.
If you want a cleaning company that will do a great job, use Capulet Cleaning. You will be happy you did!

What an excellent company to hire. They did a great job getting my place cleaned up for a move out. I called with very little notice and Amber managed to fit my cleaning in and make it work. Super nice management. Very professional. Excellent service and superior attention to detail. I would always come back to Capulet.

Where to start? I use Capulet at my house AND at my office. They are always on time with the SAME cleaner, are attentive to specific requests, & are always concerned with doing a quality job.
I'm a particular person and if anything is not up to snuff, they have returned to make sure I am 100% satisfied. You won't be disappointed!

I have used Amber and her team at Capulet since 2016. They are always accommodating when I call and ask for a specific date for a cleaning. They have consistently done a fabulous job for us. Capulet Cleaning cleans both our home and our business. They are punctual and thorough and accommodate our special requests. In the past, I've used several different cleaning companies that start out great but then slack off and aren't as thorough. We moved here from Seattle and interviewed several cleaners before settling on Capulet cleaning. I had them for a deep clean and now get bi-weekly service. Amber is detail oriented, smart and OCD with cleaning. She is the full package. =) Amber and Katy came to clean and both were very HARD workers! Amber let's you know that your happiness with the clean is the priority. She asked what my pet peeve spots where in the house to make sure that she would focus on them. She was easy to talk to and schedule with and I would recommend them to anyone.
