I’m struggling to understand how CARE ADHD has five stars. The whole experience has been awful. Filled out loads of web forms system said one will get to you soon, waited a week or two and no one got back, then checked through the list of links and still more to digital forms to fill out. Filled those out. still no follow up, chased got call back. still more to fill out, got call back need to still fill out something, they said they call back in two day, but they didn’t so I chased and the person was on holiday, chased the office get Mark number though there seems to be a management issues Mark is prompt, Mark then offered an appointment in 9days time, then an email came through for 4 weeks time. Eventually got the 9 days time appointment, but the online link didn’t work, so then had trouble with logging onto appointment. After the appointment got told I’d hear back at the end of the week. two weeks later nothings. Looks like fake reviews on Google, and they use a fake trustpilot site called trust index, no CQC rating clearly a scam. Avoid. at least the whole experience is worse than thinking about topping yourself.

Initially I was sceptical that an online service could provide a full and thorough diagnosis at such a comparatively low price point, but I couldn't have been more happy with the service I have received. Jemma (care coordinator) has been friendly, professional and caring every time we have been in contact, she has been quick to answer any questions I've had and I've asked a lot. I went on to have an assessment with Rachel who was also fantastic, the assessment was very thorough, but didn't feel like a grilling, in fact it was a relaxed session where I felt I was able to explain myself and my symptoms without worry. I am now moving on to titration and wouldn't think twice about recommending CARE ADHD.

What can I say about CAREADHD but wow! From my initial searches and finding a company that was well priced and offered monthly payments, to first dealing with Sharon who was amazing, really helped guide me through the initial processes, then to my diagnosis discussion with Rachel who was so empathetic, and really understood me. To then going through the titration process with Elizabeth, who has been fantastic as well, helping me sort my dosage out and my joint care agreement. The whole team has been amazing and given me the life changing diagnosis and treatment I so sorely needed. Thank you.

Massive thanks to everyone at CareADHD who've helped me through and assessment and subsequent diagnosis. Sharon's been a great care connector and responded in a timely manner to my millions of Qs. Ged was empathetic and nice to talk with throughout my assessment, he took the stress out of the many questions and reflections. I felt lighter leaving it. Throughout my first meeting with Elizabeth, my non-medical Prescriber, I could see she'd thoroughly read my diagnosis and understood all prescribing concerns as they related to my circumstances. Any questions I had were answered confidently, and I left reassured. I'm looking forward to managing and improving my symptoms with Care ADHD.

I went to CARE ADHD when I realised that I would be waiting years to go through the NHS. My assessment was booked within days and my assessor was lovely, it felt more like a conversation than being in a clinical environment. After my diagnosis, I was unsure about pursuing medication but decided to give it a try. Tsana was so helpful throughout the titration process and helped me to find the medication that works best for me. She was very available, kind, and took my concerns seriously. It has only been a few months total and I have now had shared care accepted by my GP. Using CARE ADHD has changed my life. If you are doubting using them, please do because they are a great company and they truly do care about helping people.

Had a great assessment in relatively short notice! Tracy was lovely and really put me at ease, I don't do well with mental health talks and she was very friendly and approachable. Thank you for the service.

Care ADHD have been amazing, I can’t thank them enough for guiding me through this journey. Getting medication has changed my life in such a positive way and they were very helpful in that process, making things easy to understand and being available to talk to. With regular check ups throughout the titration, they obviously take pride in making sure their patients are happy and healthy.

Care ADHD have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire assessment, diagnosis and titration process. This has been life-changing. We want to make particular mention of Hazel Robinson - Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, who was supportive, clear and concise, caring and efficient. She made the process through to shared care absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Hazel and the rest of the team at Care ADHD.

Utterly dreadful. The IT doesn't work. I spent a whole afternoon filling in the form, but the website won't save it. I asked for assistance by email and was told (almost a week later) that there were IT issues but that I should send the form. It won't save and I can't send it!! Then, I emailed again and was told my email would not be looked at for another two weeks because of annual leave. I emailed 'enquiries' and my email bounced back immediately. I phoned and was redirected to start again as there was nobody to take my call. Eventually I got through to someone who dismissed my complaint and said that 'because I was upset' he would be able to issue me a refund, but not for 5 working days. I asked why, if I was able to pay instantly, they could not return the money instantly - it's always the way isn't it. I find it exploitative that, with so many of us desperate to be assessed for ADHD (in my case at 50 years old), CARE ADHD doesn't tell potential patients that they do not have the wherewithal to fulfil their side of the contract BEFORE they take their money.

An absolutely first class experience. CARE ADHD are perfect: professional, sensitive, highly knowledgable, agile in their organisation and structure, and - for me - have been a complete game-changer. I cannot recommend them highly enough

I worked with Sharon (First point of contact) Rachel (Assessor) and Elizabeth (Prescriber). Prompt and friendly. Felt very validated and supported. From first enquiry to starting medication, the process has been around 3 weeks, which is very fast by any standard. And for the price as well! Much cheaper than other services. They respond quickly and the process has been as stress free as I could have wanted. Would recommend

After 15 years of therapies and numerous diagnosis's of a whole list of issues, I put it to my doctor about the possibility that I have ADHD as all of the things people said I had was side effects of ADHD. After being told I would be waiting 3 to 5 years on an NHS waiting list I decided to look around for a private place. that wasn't to expensive and I stumbled along this place. This is the best decision I have ever made, the people I spoke to are all amazing, very helpful and willing to answer my 1000 questions. always go above and beyond. highly recommend to anyone thinking about the possibility of them having ADHD. this is a great way to get help for the future or just to get the peace of mind. P.S they do shared care :)

Care ADHD have been wonderful from the start. During pre-assessment the Director was in meaningful contact and Rachel, who completed my assessment was an amazing balance of personable, professional and knowledgable. I rarely feel like I can be open and honest with care providers, but felt I could be myself, neither embarrassed nor judged by it. The high standard of care since assessment has been just the same. Tsana, the Head Pharmacist is so compassionate, professional and efficient. Nothing is too much, and her care and after care have been extraordinary. No course of treatment is pushed and it feels like all staff have an invested interest to help you as an individual get a better quality of life. I would definitely recommend if you need an assessment, and hope the process helps you.

Amazing service. The process from start to finish was so much easier than I thought it would be. Instructions were clear and there was help offered at every stage. My assessor Heather really put me and ease whilst being very professional and made the whole experience worthwhile. I am a new mum and was struggling to get child care but she was super flexible and more than happy to do the call with my baby present. I was diagnosed with adhd and I am so happy I went with CARE ADHD for my assessment. The whole process from signing up to being diagnosed was super quick and easy. It was a great user experience from beginning to end. Any questions were always answered promptly and I felt super supported throughout. I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend. It was so well priced, and is a lot cheaper than competitors but everything is very thorough and well thought through.

Excellent experience from the beginning. From the practice leader, Mark Pattison to the clinician Elizabeth Fabiyi, every interaction was met with an immediate response, thoughtful guidance and excellent outcome. Not only is it the most reasonably priced service of its kind, it is by far the one that gives the best patient experience. I highly recommend.
