I bought a shit car from here. Not their fault. Just a shit car. They honoured the warranty without question and when I wanted to trade the vehicle in for another the staff here, especially Tony went above and beyond to make sure that I was not out of pocket and that I received a quality car. There are some lemons out there and that can't be helped. But the way that that Tony and the rest of the staff here addressed the situation was to put the customer before profit and to do the right thing. Bought my first car from here, so far everything is going well with the car but not even that since it was my first car coming into it I have no idea on what else is needed afterwards or the paperwork etc. But every time I've called the guys at carnet they have been great and patient with me on the phone and extremely helpful. I have pluchesed a couple of cars threw this place CarNet, I found all of them to have had their fuel syphoned out, I did not even make it 2km down the road in one of the cars. It is an auction house so buyer beware, check it first or don't buy, I've seen some dodgy cars go threw and some reasonable ones too, like all auctions sites, they are just their to sell it, and no focus is put on any problems. With all online auctions these days it's difficult to inspect before the auction and on the day lot of buyers assume everything is good because it not listed in the description, but you can not the description for a guide of the quality of the car. So far out of three cars purchased without a full inspection all 3 had issues and no fuel
