Online info says "standard furniture moving". I asked ... they only move little items and said they do NOT move heavy furniture "suggest you move the heavy things yourself". Dealbreaker.

Wonderful company to work with. Edward from sales was always quick to answer any questions and was patient while we decided what we wanted. The install team worked hard and fast and did our entire house in one day. They took care of moving all the big furniture and left it where they found it. They cleaned up and vacuumed once they were done. We were very impressed!

I highly recommend Carpet Now for carpet replacement. Gina spends a lot of time to explain carpet material, pro and con of different carpet style. There is no absolute right or wrong with carpet, but there is one would fit each family. That is what Gina provided to us. I also like the installation team: arrival one time; very efficient and complete job within one day as promised; they also cleaned up floors and vacuumed the path before they leaving. Octavio And Angel Lopez, nicely job done!

As always, Tim at Carpet Now served us with Five Star attention and professionalism. The installation team impressed me with their attention to detail prior to installation, during the pad and carpet placement and then left each room clean and tidy. The carpet had a pattern which required skillful attention to detail. I was impressed.

Fantastic job by Carpet Now. We had to have all carpeted areas replaced after a tornado in May. The price was right and the installers were exceptional! Would highly recommend.

This was the first time using carpet now and I will be using them in the future. Could not recommend them enough! Communication was great, they were able to do the install within two days of the initial consultation and the install time only took a few hours. Absolutely loved them!
