Ordering my 20x20 carport was a breeze. Carport Central manufacturer my carport in about 2 and a half weeks. Great! But,they called me on Friday afternoon and said I was on schedule for Monday! My crashed carport was still up because I had my show car under the good side of the carport so I could not get my contractor to take it down over the week end, but he did come Monday and took it down. Now Carport Depo says I'll have to wait until 2nd or 3rd week in Sept! I am not happy about this.

I've paid my deposit now I can't get anyone to return my calls or emails. I still don't have a carport.

My sales representative, WOODIE, was the best. Very knowledgeable, very understanding of my needs and was great at suggesting options. He explained the process and followed up after purchase. WOODIE also was considerate, patient and helpful when I asked for a design change regarding door sizes. WOODIE was very conscientious in explaining pricing to insure accuracy. Having workmanship issues with the quality of build of my metal bldg. Have been attempting to get the issues resolved, for months, w/o success. With that said…BUYER BEWARE ☠️

I have over several years purchased 1 carport and 2 , 3 sided carports from another company. This carport I just purchased from Carport Direct was much better quality and well worth the money and they installed it in about 2 hours. They did a great job installing it.

My Carport Central sales rep has provided a detailed account of the construction process of our metal building project. He has answered every question and has kept us in the loop regarding each phase of the project.

I put my rv cover on hold, how ever the salesman that sold me the carport did not let the delivery people aware in the Order change and they came to install the carport that I had on hold. Well the delivery people reach out to the sales person and he claims I never let him know to put the order on hold when I have the text showing I messaged him and put the order on hold. Then they proceeded to tell me they were going to change me to take the carport back unless I canceled the order all together. I put down a big amount of money that they tell me is now non refundable. I’m very un pleased with the lack of Communication and my money went straight to waste because of lack of communication. I was forced to cancel or be charged more money. So now I paid for a rv cover I never will receive
