Update: they mailed me the automatic openers with instructions for install. I have not had a chance to put them on yet, but updating my review to reflect the company did end up sending them.

Very friendly staff, easy to work with. Took forever to get install date. Every quote I did included automatic garage door openers, then at install was told it wasnt part of my contract and i can purchase them seperare now, though quoted price WITH the openers was less than the actual price I paid before taxes.. still has not been resolved and at this point I'm doubting it ever will.

Cameron Pack went above and beyond my expectations after dealing with several different companies….Glad I chose Carport Central and was a blessing to have had Cameron to assist me in the process…..haven’t progressed to the actual building yet but I think I will be able to make an update after completing my purchase…..

We had the best experience planning our garage rebuild with Josh. He made us feel so comfortable in the planning process, he was quick to answer our questions and courteous in all interactions. We are looking forward to seeing our plans come to life here soon!

Things were great until the day of install. Everyone was helpful and friendly. On the day of installation the installers would not come up our driveway stating it was too steep. We offered another driveway and they could use a field that other installers including one carrying windows used. They refused. They unloaded our carport pieces by blocking the road and carrying them maybe 90’. They then charged us $600.00 extra because they had to carry the pieces up the driveway. The driveway they wouldn’t even try to go up. When my husband complained to the company, the only thing they said is that the installers are independent contractors and they set their prices. We signed a contract for one price and paid $600.00 more because the installers wouldn’t even try 2 different options of getting closer to the site. Just know that you are probably going to pay more than what your signed contract says.
I also sent a text to carport central stating our unhappiness about this installer and being charged more and they just ignored the text although they had responded to every other text I had sent them.

The installers also left screws in the driveway for us to run over and a pizza box that went into the creek that my 70 year old husband had to go get.

Garrett was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and helped get me in the right direction for my dream garage. Thanks again!
