☺Heel mooi, netjes, lekker bed. Alles wat je nodig had was aanwezig. Ik was heel blij met de kaptafel
☹Enigste minpuntje was dat de douche alleen een losse handdouche had. Geen haak waar je deze op kan hangen, dat is met lange haren wel wat gemakkelijker

Enjoyed our 2-night stay & helpful staff at Casa del Balsamo, Rethymno! September 23-25, 2024
☺ Large room, very comfortable - for 3 adults. Excellent kitchen and well-stocked ... we didn't use the kitchen; we ate out. We loved the steam room! Used it every night. Liked the balcony, but we didn't use it much; we were out all day and just went to our room at night. Towels were nice and soft. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They helped carry out heavy luggage out to the main street where one could pick up a taxi.
☹ No towel hooks in the bathroom - we used hangers to hang wet towels in the bedroom closet and the balcony. Not enough shelving in the bathroom for toiletries for more than 1 guest ... we were 3 adult women.

☺Emplacement idéal pour visiter la vieille ville. Belle terrasse privée. Chambre bien équipée et confortable.
☹Il y a un stationnement payant à 4-5 minutes de marche de l’hôtel mais sachez que ce parking est fermé les jeudis pour la tenue d’un marché public.

☺ Nice, bright, well-lighted room. Nice lights on the stairs. Steam bath was used every night! Kitchen is very nice. Nice amenities: bathrobes, slippers, nice soft towels I liked the adjoining balcony. Bathroom set-up is very nice. Dimitris was very helpful with our luggage and he had such a pleasant personality. Someone helped us get the aircon going ... we didn't understand that all windows had to be closed for it to turn on.
☹ Lack of towel hooks in the bathroom. Only 6 hangers provided and we were 3 women in the room. No full-length mirror. Not enough shefl space for cosmetics, creams, toothbrushes, etc, in the bathroom.

☺Situé au calme dans la vieille ville, accueil chaleureux, très propre et bien équipé. On aurait voulu y passer 1 nuit de plus, mais c’était complet ! Grande salle de bain avec peignoir, pantoufles et douche italienne > notre meilleur logement en Crète. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Le petit-déjeuner était simple et bon.
☹De ne pas avoir pu y rester un jour de plus !

Atmospheric, stylish and comfortable property in a great location in beautiful old town.
☺ Lovely hotel in the middle of the picturesque old town in Rethinmo. Front desk greeted us warmly on arrival and helped with everything so no fumbling with trying to find keys or carrying luggage. We had two rooms, one for 3 people, and they had already made up the sofa bed with nice sheets and duvets so it was warm and welcoming . Lovely roofdeck with lovely view. Nespresso and fancy toiletries in the rooms. Great hosts and great location. Overall wonderful stay.
☹ It was great! Nothing not to like.....

C'était notre première nuit en Crète, un hébergement magique pour lancer notre séjour
☺Localisation idéale en plein quartier animé, dans une ruelle typique et charmante du centre historique.
Logement spacieux, bien décoré, luxueux même, avec une belle terrasse privative.
Le plus : l'accès au roof top avec une vue incroyable sur la ville.
☹Petit problème d'eau coupée en arrivant, heureusement réglé un peu plus tard dans la soirée.
Il faut se garer à quelques encablures de là : pour notre part, on s'est garé dans un parking gratuit à côté du stade, à environ 500 m de l'établissement.

☺Locatie is top, midden in het oude centrum met vele winkeltjes en restaurants, de zee ook heel dichtbij. Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar wel goed en netjes verzorgd. Op het dakterras kun je lekker rustig zitten met heel mooi uitzicht. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk, net name de dame die (meestal) ons ontbijt verzorgde: bedankt en onze complimenten, je doet het geweldig! :)
☹Meer als tips bedoeld, niks viel tegen. Meer haakjes/stangen in de badkamer waaraan je de handdoeken kunt laten. De bewegingsmelder boven het bed knippert wanneer je je iets omdraait in bed, wellicht kan deze ('s nachts) worden uitgeschakeld.

☺Struttura totalmente nuova e situata nella parte centrale della città vecchia. Camera ampia e dotata di ogni comfort. Peccato solo per l’affaccio a livello strada. Personale molto accogliente.
☹Mancanza di una convenzione con un parcheggio privato, considerata la notevolissima difficoltà nel trovare un posto auto nelle vicinanze.

☺Situato in un palazzetto d'epoca ristrutturato da poco nel centro storico, il residence ha una manciata di stanze con angolo cottura. La nostra, pulita e ben attrezzata, aveva anche un terrazzino arredato. Si trova nel centro storico in una stradina tranquilla ma vicinissimo alle vie più caratteristiche e turistiche dove abbondano ristoranti, locali e negozietti. Parcheggiare, anche in agosto, non è impossibile (intorno ai giardini pubblici). Comodo il self check-in, così non ci si deve preoccupare per l'orario di arrivo.
