I would just like to say how pleased we are with the boxes and dividers! They were delivered yesterday afternoon only two days after they were ordered and in perfect condition. They now house the University Lodge of Chester's collection of firing glasses, everything worked out well, and thank you for your assistance, nothing was too much trouble. Well recommended company.

Initially, Caterbox sent out the wrong items. However customer service communication was superb (some of the best I have encountered) and they couldn't do enough to immediately rectify the issue. The correct items were sent out without delay, and the incorrect ones collected equally efficiently. Based on the high quality of all items seen/received, I would happily recommend this seller/company to anyone. We will be placing other orders with Caterbox.

Working at this small, dedicated company has been a great experience. Pros:The team is supportive, and I’ve gained valuable skills by helping out across different areas of the business. Managing social and marketing accounts allowed me to develop a solid understanding of marketing, and I often took on tasks independently, which gave me hands-on experience. It’s been a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional growth in a hardworking and collaborative environment. Cons:If you don’t like hard work, this probably isn’t the place for you. I was always busy. At times, the workload can be overwhelming, especially when handling multiple tasks on your own.

Perfect Storage Solution for Camper Van Adventures! I recently bought a mix of Euro boxes from Caterbox for my camper van, and they’ve been absolutely perfect! I wanted boxes to store glass lampwork objects in when travelling to craft fairs, the size of the items varies, so I was looking for a solution which would allow me to remove dividers if needed. I ended up with two sets of boxes and dividers that I thought would work. I used them to transport my products to a fair this weekend, and it's the first time I've travelled that I have had no breakage. It was also a lot quicker to set up and pack down. Emma was so helpful during the shopping experience, and I would absolutely recommend working with the Caterbox team.
