Really the best CCTV provider I've come across - they are responsive, have amazing after sales service, and are genuinely some of the nicest and professional people you will meet. Not to mention the affordability of the services. They will advise what is right for you and not up sell which is so rare now. Engaged them to install 2 cameras earlier last year and sough their help to install a 3rd subsequently. Kim Hock is very responsive and answered my questions quickly. His two colleagues who came to do the installation each time were very professional and pleasant. Appreciate that the setup was relatively quick and that they were able to advise on positioning of the cameras and tidy placement of the wires. Thanks!

Had installed the CCTV more than a year ago and had changed my router recently. Technical support, Mr Kim Hock had took the additional mile to assist me to link the wireless via a virtual call and everything is running in order smoothly.

Camera 1 in Hall had connection issues suddenly. Even when I had mentioned that the unit was installed in 2018 and to replace it if necessary, Kim Hock checked onsite and replaced only the faulty adaptor keeping repair cost at lowest. Trustwothy and cost effective. Thank you so much!!

Bought CCTV about a year ago from this company & was assisted by Kim Hock (sales person). He is very knowledgeable share with me and understand what’s my needs and better recommended me.
Update: Yesterday i had some issue with the CCTV, due to some words being prompt up in my mobile app while seeing the cctv. I whatsapp him to let him know what issues i was facing, he immediately replied & offer to have someone to come on site to visit, due to the time constraints that i had. I asked for remote access to help me do some minor adjustment & the next day he took his time off to help me rectify this issue, even though it’s about time to knock off he still take effort and sounds pleasant to assist in the issue. I’m really grateful.
