In early April 2024, the partial flat roof of our bathroom extension, was blown off, in a severe storm. We were away at the time and our neighbour was keeping an eye on our house. He found that the kitchen was was full of water, and when he went upstairs, he found that water was pouring through the bathroom ceiling. He immediately notified us, and we returned home to the devastation. Initially the insurance company didn’t want to know. They said that the wind speed for storm damage was 48mph, and they only pay out at 50mph and above. I was suicidal upon hearing this. As in my mind at the time, I estimated about £10,000 for all of the damage. Eventually the insurance company had a change of heart, but the figure that they came with, wouldn’t cover the cost of the roof repair alone. A chance conversation in a pub led me to making a phone call to Centurion Claims. I’ve got to say that that was the best phone call that I have ever made. Paddy called around to our house, and after that visit, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Kieran visited a couple days later and things started moving. Centurion liaised directly with the insurance company and also project managed the repairs, they got Ross the builder and his team on site, to get things sorted. All phone calls and messages were replied to promptly. Excellent company to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone.

In June 2023 are life changed forever with a fire in our home. The whole house was affected and both hospitalised. The centurion team were amazing. From initial meeting to 10 months after when we finally got home. The whole house had to be renovated and adapted to my needs. We were involved in every decision and updated on progress the whole way through. Not only was it physical but emotionally due to all our belongings were destroyed. The team helped us guided us and submitted all information in order for it to be as smooth as it could possibly be. We wouldn’t be where we are now if it wasn’t for them. We will be forever grateful. Thank you doesn’t seem enough. But thank you for giving us our home back.

I'm so grateful for Kieran and his team. Within 3 weeks they completed my home. From a burst water pipe under my bath. Having to take it all back to a shell.i had full input into everything. They even picked up all the decoration I chose. Helped with everything. Skips. Humidifiers electric. What a fantastic team from start to finish. Still checking in a week after completing. We had a terrible time dealing with our house insurers and their loss adjustors when we experienced 3 water escapes in 15 months. It was probably the most stressful process that I had evver experienced especially when the Insurance reps do every thing they can not to pay out. I contacted Centurion Claims Management and spoke with Kieran, who took my call at the weekend whilst on holiday. He sent one of his guys to see me on the sunday morning and we agreed that Centurion would represent our interests when dealing wth the insurance company and their loss adjustors. I wish we had signed them up at he start of the claim as they have been classy and professional dealing with the process and they managed to obtain insurance payour 10 x more than the original offer that I had. If you haver a home insurance claim I strongly recommend you contact Kieran at Centurion Claims Management before calling the Insurance. By the way It did not cost me a penny so Call Kieran to find out why!

We used centurion claims to deal with a recent fire we had never heard of the company, so we decided to check them out. And decided to use them that was the best decision ever .kieran was our representative for the company, and we could not fault him. He was Fantastic he dealt with all the insurance issues and took away a lot of worries and stress at a difficult time he was very professional and great to talk to and sorted everything with Ross the builder also a great company who did a fantastic job with the new kitchen we could not fault kieran at centurion claims and would highly recommend this company for a great job thanks kieran/ ross and his team best wishes Paul and gillian

We were uncertain about using a Claims Management company but we were very pleased that we chose Centurian to manage our insurance claim. Keiran explained what Centurian would do and the details of how it would be managed. He arranged for: 1 An independent assessor to determine the damage and the losses and prepare a schedule of remedial works. 2 ServiceMaster to document and dispose of all the damaged items from the fire. 3 Managed the discussion with the insurance company and their Loss Adjuster. 4 Appointed a builder to demolish and rebuild the damaged garage and restore the electrical supply to the home. 5 Arranged initial cleaning to reduce the impact of smoke in the home. The remedial work was undertaken within the anticipated timescale and we were very happy with the tradesmen that carried out the work and the high standard of their work. They were polite, clean workers and kept us informed. They respected our feelings and worked in a co-operative manner. We were very pleased with the end result that followed from a disastrous fire. A fire in the home is an emotional time and we felt stressed but with the help of Keiran and the team of builders we were supported throughout the process. We would thoroughly recommend Centurian Claims Management to others.

After a very stressful, damaging and near life taking fire, Centurion were on hand to help. With Craig's warm and sympathetic nature, I was put at total ease from the get-go. We discovered that we had been subject to a major water escape from a burst pipe in our loft - bringing down several ceilings, and causing major damage to our property whilst we were away on holiday. Having worked in the Fire Service and advised other people in similar circumstances I knew immediately we needed a Loss Assessor. It was out of office hours when I started making calls to several companies and the only person who picked up the phone was Kieran. He was friendly and informative and gave us exactly the advice we needed at what was an extremely stressful time for us. We agreed for Centurion to act as our Loss Assessor and Kieran was always available either in person or by phone / email throughout the process - with friendly backup always available in the office. They guided us through the claims process from initial meetings with the Loss Adjuster acting for our insurance company to organising rented accommodation, storage facilities, drying equipment, Building Surveyors, and the tendering process for Builders. They talked us through exactly what we were entitled to claim for and compiled lists and photos of all our damaged contents to allow us to make a successful claim. We were out of our property for 10 months whilst drying out and major renovation works were completed - but we now have a beautiful house back. During the renovation works we wanted to make a few changes that Kieran helped to arrange with the Builders without incurring any additional costs - so that on completion our house is better than before. We could not have achieved such a successful outcome without Centurion and we have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone who needs assistance in dealing with a large insurance claim. Four questions you may have if, like us, you've had a disaster in your home are: Do you need a loss assessor? The answer is yes. Are Centurion the right company to choose? The answer is yes. Can you trust Centurion? (after all you don't know them do you?) The answer is yes. Is it going to cost you? The answer is no. Keiron at Centurion answered our call out of hours when no-one else was picking up and from that moment on, helped us throughout the whole process taking all the weight and stress off our shoulders at such a devastating time. They arranged everything from clearing and drying out the property (ours was a major water escape), surveyors and builders (who in turn arranged joiners, electricians, plumbers, decorators etc) and liaised with the insurance company's Loss Adjuster on our behalf, making sure that we were treated fairly. All the companies used by Centurion were brilliant and have put our house back together beautifully. The cost of using Centurion was covered in the tender for the works so no payment required from us! We can recommend these guys 100% and are so thankful that Keiron answered our call, we wouldn’t have known where to start without them. A definite 5 stars and massive thank you from us!
