I've bought and sold 4 homes in the past 10 years. The report provided by All American Inspection Services was the most comprehensive and easy to read report I've received. They use color-coded font to let the buyer know items of interest, items of concern, and items that need to be addressed immediately due to safety concerns. They delivered the report within 24 hours (less than that, to be fair). My real estate agent got a courtesy copy which was very helpful. Cost for home inspection plus additional services (pool inspection, termite inspection) was $569. [Oct 2024]
