What a gorgeous venue, so calm and peaceful. Mandy as a retreat host was truly amazing, so hospital, caring and welcoming. You could tell that the retreat was well thought out and Mandy had put a lot of time and effort into making it just right, from the sessions she included to the practitioners she brought in, this was a first class retreat ❤️ I would like to also give a special shout out to Neicey Quigley with whom I received a mind blowing reflexology. I honestly felt like I was walking on air when it finished but she was so professional and insightful. The detail that she was able to give from a 30 minutes treatment was phenomenal,so much so I've booked a second, longer treatment with her m I'd thoroughly recommend calm on the farm, Mandy, you nailed it. X

I have done many residential retreats over the years but never experienced one as exceptional as Calm on the Farm owned by Steve and Mandy. The minute we stepped out of car we were greeted by Steve who gave us the warmest welcome. The Farm interior is suberb, cosy and the bed offered the best nights sleep. The views are spectacular. Treated at the end of day to a fabulous hot tub and a Zen den that can only be described as magical. Mandy, facilitated, this weekend and went beyond in her generosity towards the group. And the weekend was packed with delightful exercises, treatments, sound baths, walks in the wonderful surrounding area. Her passion and energy to share her knowledge of self care and self love was contagious! Mandy and Steve have created a space for healing and wholeness restoring mind, body and soul. Every little detail of the weekend was touched by Mandy’s genuineness and kindness. The whole experience was a gift of love and I left feeling spoiled by such an experience in such a beautiful setting grateful for such a wonderful experience. Thank you Mandy and Steve.

This place is something special mandy is absolutely wonderful and her right hand man Steve is fantastic what a beautiful place these guys have created I have just got home from a weekend retreat hosted and organised by mandy herself and I can honestly say it's one i'll never forget,she really did think of everything and made the weekend so relaxing. They both make you feel right at home from the moment of arriving I felt so comfortable. The location is beautiful the place is beautiful and the hosts are beautiful. We had a in house chef which was a real treat and made the weekend even more special. I can't wait to return Thank you both for your amazing hospitality ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hosted my very first retreat day here and I couldn’t recommend the place more. Literally nestled in nature, Chetham farm is the perfect place to switch off, with lots of local walks, hot tub, gorgeous house, zen den, it’s perfect. Thank you so much to Mandy & her husband who are amazing and make the whole experience smooth and easy! I’ll definitely be back ❤️🙏🏼

Omg this is my favourite place ever 🩷🧘‍♀️🩷 I have been holding women’s retreats here for the most of 2024 & each time it just blows me away hence why I keep booking the space 🌳 You feel like you’re a million miles away , women feel safe and loved. Mandy & Stephen are the most beautiful people they go above & beyond catering for my guest and me 🩷 Mandy’s food is amazing. I geniuley can’t put into words what Chetham Farm Lodge brings it’s just magical. ⭐️ I have also used the lodge for my family when we need time out and again Mandy & Stephen give us our space and make us feel like we’re home . I highly recommend the Lodge you will not be disappointed hence why I can not and will not stay away it’s beautiful in every way .

Just spent the most wonderful day and night at this beatiful location. Perfect hosts, perfect environment, everything is of a wonderful luxury standard with no short cuts. Everything you could need for a wonderfully calming detox. The Hot Tub is beyond amazing with views to die for. I loved my time there and did not want to leave Thank you Mandy xxxxx

Had a wonderful time at Chetham Farm retreat today. We were all very well looked after and the breakfast buffet and lunch was delicious! We also came away with lots of useful well-being tips so that the self-care can continue at home. Thank you Mandy and Steven x

I stayed here with a friend for a 24 hour mid-week break and it didn’t disappoint. Mandy and her husband are very accommodating. The accommodation is set in a beautiful area with a fantastic view. The hot tub is huge, so great for larger groups! It is a very relaxing vibe and I felt relaxed when I left. The massage and sauna wrap was also a nice end to the stay. The lodge is decorated really well and our lunch (that was far from light) was lovely! 🥰 I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing break or who needs to re-charge their batteries! 🪫 🔋 Thanks for a great stay!

A friend and I have stayed here last week in August for a mid week 24hrs run away from the world experience. Chetham Farm did not disappoint. You wouldn't think you are a short drive from Bolton, the calmness and stillness at this place is palpable and the owners know how to make you feel welcome yet still give you the space to just be. The views are spectacular, the bedrooms and living space so tastefully decorated and integrated in the surroundings. The hot tub and pool(still hot but with jet water to swim in) are just spectacular and we have spent most of our night in there. The short relaxing back massage and sauna wrap experience in the morning was so relaxing and definitely added to the calm on the farm feel The lunch the day after was really thoughtful and finished our stay beautifully. Mandy and her husband have created the most beautiful escape for those 24 hours when you feel like you need a break from it all. We will definitely return with our families too.

What a beautiful venue, in the heart of a field with great views and an awesome aura of calm. Everything was perfect. A must to use if in the area to stay.

We have just rented this beautiful venue for a retreat day and wow! I couldn’t fault it - the only negative was we had to leave. Both Mandy and her husband could not do enough, we were made to feel so comfortable and it was home from home. It’s such a beautiful space and pictures will never do it justice, you have to spend time there to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding and the home from home feel. We had everything we needed and we will absolutely be returning for more retreats and girly nights. Thank you so much, you’ve got a beautiful space and home ❤️

Last minute booking after being let down from a different venue for a hen party. Stephen and Mandy were so accommodating… had such an amazing and relaxing hen and now looking forward to booking again in the future with family. Lovely views in a quiet and relaxing location. All rooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated throughout. Bonus of having access to a hot tub with swim spa, and the scandanavian bbq log hut. Absolutely stunning location, beautifully curated venue which makes it the ideal location for a retreat or intimate gathering for a celebration. The hosts Mandy and her hubby, make sure everything is perfect for your stay, from the Zen Den fire pit to the huge jacuzzi; from the beautiful, home cooked lunch through to the gorgeous furnishings and facilities. An absolute 5 star venue for a 5 star experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!
