Remarkable Experience We have a new house constructed by the Lennar Corporation in an over 55 community. Chicago Closets added a built-in office, entry-way closet, pantry cabinet as well as a bookcase on an entire wall in a bedroom. Each project was outstanding and fit into the space perfectly. I appreciated working with Jason to plan each of the projects and to make a few small changes based on our needs. The workman who completed the project were professional and took great pride in their work. They were very respectful of our new house and took care bringing in and installing each piece. I highly recommend Chicago Closets. I believe they could improve any space for organizing materials.

We had three closet organization systems installed all which were done virtually with Laura. She was responsive and provided great ideas especially when I was unsure about some aspects of our design needs. Jeff the installer was prompt, polite and professional as well. Great experience and I will be back again for a future closet project.

Very happy customer! Jason G visited my home. He listened to my ideas, made recommendations, offered ideas, and he was very professional. He stayed connected with me via email and text from when her left my to when the installer Jeff visited to put together the finished project. Jeff was meticulous, committed, problem solved, likes to listen to music of DMB, and talked me through everything her was doing. The cabinet, shelves, an open area for firewood look fantastic and completely changed (For the better) my entire living room space. Thank you Jason and Jeff!! I sincerely appreciate all you both have done!! If I need something done in the future, I’m calling you Jason!!

Great product and service Chicago Closets remodeled my primary bedroom closet. I’ve now been using my new closet for over a year. From the design process to installation, everything went smoothly. My closet is amazing and it makes me happy to walk into it every day.

Chicago Closets - Designer: Jason Gasser It was an absolute pleasure working with Jason Gasser on the three closets I needed to redo. I sourced about 3 or 4 full quotes and Chicago Closets came in at the most reasonably priced; moreover, Jason's design on all three closets was by far the best use of space and made the most logical sense for what I wanted/needed. I had a general idea of what I was going for, but it was Jason's expertise and professionalism that took it home. He was easily reachable and flexible, replied to various inquires in a timely fashion, made excellent suggestions that were right for the space, and worked with me attentively on the customized features I requested (e.g. black shelf pins, notching around baseboards, specific hardware, etc.). I was also extremely impressed with the efficiency and accuracy this company displayed with their work. Jason needed one visit to measure the layout then had all three initial designs in my hands a couple days later. Additionally, all three closets were installed roughly four weeks after I pulled the trigger and placed the deposit. This is a great family owned and operated business, and it felt like I was working with friends instead of a closet design consulting company. Will be recommending Chicago Closets to all my friends and family. Great experience all around!
