Cima performed very well on the major repair and replacement they did in 2023 and another area of the roof which they did in feb 2024. I am very pleased with the quality work that they did. Im impressed that they were on time and performed in every way as they said they would. I will continue to use Cima . I hired Cima after a recent hail storm to help me with my damaged property...they did emergency repairs to prevent further leaks...they met with my adjuster to point out all the damage, which included damaged Air-conditioning units and gutters...The best part was they were able to do all of the work themselves, I didn't have to go out and hire multiple contractors. Can't say enough good things about CIMA Contractors, especially Sam Suster. They did 2 jobs for me in the past year. The re-roofed a commercial office building that I own, and repaired and roofed my home after a huge tree fell on it during a storm. Treat me and my jobs with utmost care and concern. Great follow-up after job completion for several weeks to be sure I was happy and didn't have any leaks (which we did not). Very honest and ethical. I highly recommend.

Cima Contractors did a terrific job replacing our metal roof at the gaming center due to a large storm. With their guidance and direction the insurance carrier approved all the major repairs.
