Highly recommend City Crane Trucks, been using them for many years now for various deliveries with and without cranes, aswell as local and interstate. Office staff are great and drivers are well trained with great presentation. Vehicles and cranes are always well maintained which is needed for our commercial deliveries.

I had some mesh dropped out by Costa (truck 22) today. It would have been a difficult site to navigate but he handled it with ease and with no fuss. Good bloke, good operator! Thanks for good service 👍

Every year, like clockwork, I eagerly await the arrival of a hefty one-ton container from the Netherlands, chock-full of picture hanging systems for my importing business. The journey from port to my doorstep has, historically, been a headache. You see, my warehouse is tucked away at the rear of the property, and I've always thought it'd make the most sense to have the container placed right in front of the warehouse roller door ie at the end of my narrow 40m driveway. However, for four years running, I've been met with a chorus of "No can do" from every crane truck driver that's come my way. That is, until this year. Enter Alan, a crane truck driver with a sunny demeanor. When he rolled up, he actually asked me where I'd like the container dropped off. I pointed to my usual spot at the end of the driveway, fully expecting the customary refusal. But to my surprise, he simply shrugged and said, "Sure, I'll give it a go!" After some quick measurements that left us with a hair's breadth of clearance on either side, Alan tackled the challenge of first turning his long truck on my narrow street to enter my driveway. And would you believe it? He managed to perfectly position the container exactly where I wanted it. To say I was over the moon would be an understatement. Alan's willingness to go the extra mile (or, in this case, the extra narrow pathway) has made my life infinitely easier. No more trekking back and forth along my driveway just to access my stock. I made sure to get Alan's name and have every intention of requesting him for next year's delivery. Here's hoping he's still around. Hats off to Alan for a job spectacularly done!

Don’t fall for the trap of booking on a windy day. We’ve had a bad experience with them cancelling the booking but keeping the money… We had to pay them twice lol Other than that their service is good.

total idiots driving these things. saw one of this company’s trucks today parked directly in front of the drive through exit at kfc. pretty sure he was on something, wouldn’t trust.

Fantastic experience with City Crane Trucks. Easy to deal with and took great care in transporting the fragile contents in my 20ft container from our warehouse into the convention centre floor. Shout out to Tom especially, the driver/operator of both trips, who was always friendly and positive and knew how important it was our goods were delivered safely. Many thanks!
