Since purchasing my machine last November I have had to call cleansmart about a couple of issues (nothing to do with them) and every single time they are very helpful and give excellent advice! They help with problems I have encountered and even helped me solve issues with my machine and parts without charging me and fobbing me off with new parts, the staff in the office and mark are very knowledgable and great people!

I think the Professional Carpet Cleaning course was very well presented and lots of knowledge passed through in the videos and the valuable course notes which came with the course. Though its aimed at people with no carpet cleaning experience, its also very helpful to increase the learning of carpet cleaners with some experience too.

I recently completed The CleanSmart course, this was very detailed and assisted me no end, they really know their subject matter and the course could be done at my own pace.
I was able to go back view the videos again if somethings didnt sink in the first time around. Very knowledgeable I feel better equipped to go and work in this sector.
